This was a powerful interaction, filled with the fatherly (lion) love we all need to hear. Thank you for sharing this and for the questioner being brave enough to receive the response. When we focus on Sattva, kicking Tamas to the curb is easier! But it takes community, reflection, and, as you say, the great tests to leave your comfort zone to really grow.
I fucking love this dude! he’s a total warrior! Speaking my language. So refreshing, I’m gonna go see him, he speaks the truth. I’ve not seen a modern day teacher with this force and clarity yes yes yes !
Love this! Meditation builds the mind, allows Shiva to penetrate the personality to draw Shakti out, and builds the antahkarana. It's the daily surrender that is all there is from our side. Divinity will do the rest.
Those who meditate are never bored because the mind becomes still. In this state, there is pure bliss and overwhelming love, a feeling so powerful it seems to make every cell in your body vibrate with joy. This is the “wine” Rumi speaks of in his poems-not a drink, but the ecstasy of love felt in deep meditation. The real question is: will you reach this state?
the real question should be 'how can one be present while doing nothing?' and obviously one can not, it is just an escape from facing shadows, desire and fear. The secret to true evolved meditation lies in the ultimate spiritual symbol of Nataraja dancing on top of the ego, Meditating in motion, the cusp of kali yuga before the krita yuga, the dark age into the golden age. To dance amongst others for most men is like battling lions bear hand, a fear deep within without facing any real threat. God 'said' let there be light, most focus on the light but the sound came first, Sound vibration manipulates water and sand into sacred geometry and we are water and sand. Dance in meditation to music you love and if completely present it will control your form, the vibration will be like swimming in the ocean and the waves moving you in sacred motion in complete presents with full awareness, (to be continued , bushfire smoke has just arrived i gotta check where it is brb)
And in this state one knows when they have reached complete presents and awareness unlike sitting doing nothing, the feeling is ecstatic through every cell and our form is in complete manipulation of sound with next to no energy consumption and its the closest we can connect to the universal vibration or god and the akashic records 🙏, give it a go ❤
I am encountering a challenge with my meditation practice. I am using a technique similar to transcendental meditation, using a mantra. However, the repetition of the mantra in my mind makes me feel like I am actively doing something, rather than allowing my mind to rest. Could someone help clarify this paradox? Thank you!
Eventually you need to allow the mantra to slowly dissapear from it’s solid tangible state.. the point where it becomes a mumble, a whisper, where only 1 letter remains. Your mantra is the guide and you must allow it to let go of your hand for you to cross the fog!
@SunnySideOut Thank you, this is very helpful! I was planning to take a Transcendental Meditation (TM) course last month and attended the one-hour introduction. I also did the interview. During the interview, the TM teacher, who is also the director of the local center, told me I could not meditate for more than 20 minutes using TM to awaken. He claimed it was unnecessary and that anyone doing otherwise didn’t know better. This put me off, so I decided not to work with him. After doing extensive online research, I found an alternative method that uses similar principles, though access to instructors is limited.
@@EQR-mh8ixI’ve learned TM and I have to say I found the teaching somewhat “robotic” and they absolutely will tell you to stick to 20 mins twice a day. I found that the teachers don’t deviate from “the script” and their responses to questions become quite predictable. I agree with SunnySideOut, you have to allow the mantra to go at the appropriate time. It’s a very subtle technique but you don’t want to be clinging to the mantra and trying too hard to keep repeating it clearly. When I’ve used mantras, I just repeat them gently, softly, slowly and allow them to fade away when the time feels right.
@@EQR-mh8ix sadly the TM course isn’t what it was in the 70’s, it’s become quite egoic in it’s goal and in the way it recruits people. Follow your intuition and what feels right to you!
Talking never does it...even J. Krishnamurti, a rare soul, spent his whole life giving talks around the world and it's doubtful if there was even one awakening. Most podcasts are pep talks...entertainment, silence and spend more and more time there away from all talking. Very often the messenger is more important than the so-called message....
You make a valuable point-words alone cannot capture the depth of true experience. As J. Krishnamurti often said, 'the word is not the thing.' Words can only point to the experience but never fully embody it. That said, for many, teachings-whether through talks, writings, or even podcasts-can serve as a catalyst, a reminder that nudges us toward that very silence and direct experience. It’s not the words themselves but how they’re received and what they inspire within us. Something worth pointing out is that what’s shared here on the UA-cam channel is really just the tip of the iceberg. The full depth of the work unfolds at the immersions. Teachings often carry a transmission-an energy beyond the words-that can awaken something deeper. The teacher’s role is not simply to speak but to reflect back the practitioner’s inner experience, serving as a mirror to guide and clarify. I think it’s also helpful to shift away from seeing everything in black and white and allow ourselves to appreciate the multiplicity of approaches. It’s a fine balance-words and silence are not in opposition; they complement each other. Without words and sounds, silence itself wouldn’t even be appreciated. I believe It’s the interplay between the two that creates space for deeper understanding. If this resonates with you, I warmly invite you to explore the immersions. They offer a space where the words of the teachings, silence, and direct experience come together in a natural balance, fostering a deeper connection to what lies beyond all talking. The immersions have been an enriching experience for me on many levels and provide a wonderful environment for shared dialogue, exploration, inquiry, and a deeper understanding on these topics

Beautiful, in speaking to the participants wholeness and fullness. Surrender to wholesome action first, the rest follows from that: Viveka.
Thank you... you have my full vessal unless your doing the yoga of life ... I pray the funds come 🙏 to be in person

There are no expectations on the Warriors path.
