Nowadays most of my fragrances are stored in their boxes, for I'm as clumsy as *****. 🙄 I dropped for example Creed Aventus, V&R Spicebomb Extreme, Versace Eros Flame and, last but very not least, a vintage 100ml bottle of Dior Fahrenheit (among some others). 🥴
If I go with Armaf I would get Milestone and Sillage. Aventus is overdone and everywhere. YSL and Gisada are cost prohibitive and out of my price point. I'm sure they're good but I can't justify it. Layton is definitely out of my price point. I'll stick with the clones dupes twists. I don't need to buy again my favorites. I got back up bottles. But if I had to, it's DHP. Not a crown jewel. It's the crown itself and the GOAT!
If you want a fantastic clone of Layton at an affordable price , I recommend The Woods Collection - Dusk . I have 3 other Layton clone samples , and Dusk was the one bottle worthy . Also , Fragrance World has an affordable clone of Layton Exclusif called Anaqeed . At under $50 , this is a no brainer , and puts you in the ballpark of Exclusif, a very difficult fragrance to imitate .
