BESTTEN outlet & switch combo, difficult to install

In this video, I like to show that connecting wires to the terminals of the BESTTEN outlet & switch combo is difficult if one wants to do it the right way, meaning bend the wire to make a small loop to be inserted under the screw and the loop has to be in clock wise direction.
This impossible unless the loop is only 90 degree OR the loop is bent in the counter clock wise direction. The real issue is the gap between the screw and the plastic edge is too small even for 14 gauge wires !!!

Adding a comb switch. Old switch is connected with 2 black hot wires, confirmed with tester, and no white wire connected to a wall switch?

I have two hots, a ground and no neutral. Can I use this switch and outlet?

no, you cannot. i learned the hard way. only the light switch will work. they plug will not.
