You are a bit wrong about IVRI. It's technically a deemed university and not govt college ( like NIA Jaipur for BAMS). Also the fees is around 55k per annum, 13k was the old fees structure. Also IVRI cutoff this year will be 600+ as there are only 2 seats through VCI counseling.
