This video is great!! I am getting ready to go to truck driving school and i want to be as prepared as possible before i get there. I have always wanted to be a truck driver but i wanted to wait until my kids were grown. Now at 42 years old I am taking the plunge and making the career change! I am ready to hit the open highway!! Thank you for being a part of my learning journey into becoming a truck driver!
Your videos are very well narrated and easy to follow. I am learning this at school of course, but it's helpful to have this for review. Thank you so much for posting this content.

Bai ji great job 🎉🎉🎉. That’s great you guys helping our community for road test preparation and be safe drive on the road. I am also professional driver since 1998. I loved the way you covered everything in 54 minutes. Keep it up.
@allclassdrivingacademyltd.5136 one thing I wonder about is why not do the inspection on the tractor just before you couple it. You can see so much better when the back wheels and suspension are clear of the trailer. I do my course in 5 weeks and am nervous.
Volvo, freightline and peterbilt are the same in terms of checking the air breaks? Thanks for this I've been preparing for MELT. New subscriber from Saudi Arabia.
Thanks for your comment! The reason for not doing this inspection is because when performing the uncouple and couple procedure, focus should be on the coupling components. Fifth Wheel for the tractor and king pin and apron for the trailer. If you want to do the inspection of back of the tractor at this time, that is a good idea too.
Please tell me when we are doing circle check step which is the third step also called pre-trip inspection, do we do three circles around the tractor and trailer as we are doing inspections to complete it or not?
We only need to circle one time. First we turn headlights on and turn the left signal on, and complete the left side inspection of the tractor trailer. Then at back of trailer after checking the left signal. We come back to the tractor and turn right signal, high beams and turn brake lights on. Then we go back at the end of the trailer confirm brake light is on and right signal is working. Then we proceed toward the right side inspection. You can also email us at allclassdrivingacademy@gmail.com for further information. Thanks
When coupling, we want to focus on the coupling components. Truck component is Fifth wheel, make sure fifth wheel is well mounted, jaws are open and it’s greased.

Yes they are! Airbrakes will be same on all the trucks. Thank you so much!!!!
Just wondering how come you dont do the back of the tractor inspection with the trailer uncouple?
Thanks for your comment! The reason for not doing this inspection is because when performing the uncouple and couple procedure, focus should be on the coupling components. Fifth Wheel for the tractor and king pin and apron for the trailer. If you want to do the inspection of back of the tractor at this time, that is a good idea too.
Also, are you doing all these examinations on volvo, I am familiar with it a little bit!!!
We have full fleet of Volvo Trucks. But inspection is same on all trucks.
What are the components of the tractor you want to point out before you couple yout trailer?
When coupling, we want to focus on the coupling components. Truck component is Fifth wheel, make sure fifth wheel is well mounted, jaws are open and it’s greased.
