Starbases are certainly a hot topic right now, hopefully the patch on Tuesday fixes many of the bugs in the game.

you account is better than mine and i play for long time but have some breaks my treasury is 27 yours is 34 my armory is 22 same as yours.from ships i never build a lvl 28uncommon.my augur ent are at t4 my d4 at t3 my vidar is maxed but again from a 9months only f2p path is great what u accomplice.

When do nanoproprobe away missions unlock?

its a Rare mission, so you will need to unlock the Away Team research for Rares, which should be available at level 25 (of the building)
