- s usual when I am in Punta Cana, I bring you updates on the many different construction projects in the area, especially those I have made videos on and published via this channel throughout the years. These 2 projects were announced as a NEW project in 2021 and I immediately made videos on both of them to share the information about them. There has been many calls, emails and texts from the public wanting to know more about these 2 projects. Their position within the market and in relation to the most desired asset, the beach, made for an appealing product. I want to congratulate those of you who have made the decision in purchasing a unit in these projects, as well as those who have done so after watching my informative videos published at that time on these 2 projects.
As a reliable source, I pride myself in bringing you the latest on different projects that come to my desk. I don't get all of them, but the ones I get I make videos on them to bring the information to you. Someone has to do it. Right?😂. Might as well be me! As an investor, I know how important visual is, especially when you buy pre-construction. Follow up is not a strong point here in the DR, but as an American, I do understand and am willing to fill in the void. Thank you for your support!🙏

Hey Mike Any Idea When Oceana Will Be Finished, It was supposed to be delivered this year from what i remember.
Oceana, just like many other construction projects, is behind schedule. I don't know the exact reason, but what I do know is that there are 2 major reasons many others are behind schedule. The first is that permits are not being expedited quickly enough. The second is the lack of manpower. I think it's safe to say that Oceana may be experiencing challenges with either one or both of these reasons, but I can't confidently say these are the reasons. As one who has waited longer than predicted as well, I can offer these words of encouragement: hang in there, and you'll be happy with the results when done. Noval is a reputable company, not exempt from challenges, and has a great track record in Punta Cana. I wish I could offer a more direct answer to your question, but I don't know more than I'm sharing. Thanks for reaching out.

When was Ocean Bay supposed to be delivered?
It was estimated to be delivered by mid 2022
Thanks for your answer. Is there a reason that you know of that it’s over two years late? By watching the video, it looks like they still have a long way to go.
@ismaelsegarra7345 possible because they were affected by the pandemic at first, then maybe their workforce was not like it was before. I don't have information about this, but these are the possibilities.

Hi Mike, question, what do you consider at this moment the best 3 villa projects in vista Cana with good location?
Can you elaborate on a good location? They would all be in Vista Cana, so the location is already a home run. But inside Vista Cana, it's all about preference. Would you like to be close to the 1st beach or the 2nd? Or maybe you prefer it to be away from the amenities?
@@propertiesbymasters my first thought - be somewhat closer to the beach lakes. I saw beach two is under construction. Would you please share your insight since you’ve been on site? also thoughts on away from amenities
@glennadams6398 Paseo Isleño is an excellent choice that is close but not directly in front of the 1st beach. Bellaria is another one that is a bit closer to the 1st beach, walking distance, but not too close where it will annoy you. It's next corner from Paseo Isleño. Then you can go into Paseo Del Sendero, which is a private residential area with other homes that would require you to go through a second security guard station to gain access. All of the choices are excellent. You can go through my videos via my UA-cam channel to get more in-depth information on these choices. Things to consider are style, size, and budget.

Is there still available apartments in OceanBay?
That project has been SOLD OUT For some time. I'll keep my eyes and ears open in case there's an owner looking to sell. What size unit would you be interested in?
We're waiting on a condo in oceana. Your video showed some great update on the development and we could see our specific unit in the video
