@@Ryko000 We will have to take the time to consider whether adding a grab handle is feasible, so we cannot promise that it will be added and also when that will be released. Same for other materials - we do want to explore sailcloths, but that requires testing.
Great question! Ultimately there is no definitive answer to this as everyone's use case and needs are entirely different. If you want the bag to be as water resistant as possible, then you should reapply a DWR finish when you start to notice the exterior "wetting out". You can test this by placing some water droplets on the fabric and seeing if it beads up or slowly starts to seep into the fabric. This is essentially what we highlight/show in the video. If you are not too particular on the bag being highly water resistant, then you can either reapply a DWR finish as and when you feel like it, or not bother at all. The exterior fabric also has a PU backing to it making it water resistant in that regard, and the yarns of the zipper are DWR treated, so it is more of an impregnated treatment making it still quite water resistant despite the surface level DWR being removed from everyday use.
