- Opeth performing The Baying of the Hounds live from their 25th Anniversary Tour at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles, CA (Night 1 of 2) on October 24, 2015. This was shot with a Sony Cyber-shot HX50V. Because the stage at the venue is WAY too low and/or the seats aren't on enough of a slope, the sight-lines are terrible. I shouldn't have had such an obstructed view in a seated theater, but that's what I had to deal with.

Note to the OP, I know in the details of the vid you'd expressed that the view was obstructed and while we all sometimes obsess about getting the perfect footage to such far stretches, that was in fact what this is! I don't know if anyone else feels this way, but I actually am in love with being a part of the crowd again in the video seeing as I attended the same show! The sound is great and it's fantastic. Great performance...Axe seems right on point, right in the pocket. My complaints with his Lopez-era performances has always been about his sense of dynamics and feel, but here, no complaints at all.

At least he's not rushing to the insane degree that Lopez did live. Watched lamentations the other day and i've rarely heard a drummer rush the tempo that much...
