Hey all, I see a lot of annoyed comments on Mila Kunis name pronunciation, her real name is, Milena Markovna Kunis... So, if you wanna come at me for that, just be aware, lol. Secondly, I have had a speech impediment for the entire time on UA-cam, this isn't new info. If you hear me struggle to say a word multiple times, that's my speech issue on display.

1:20 Wrong. DM was sentenced to LIFE IN PRISON, with the POSSIBILITY of parole, after 30 years served. At the 30 year mark, he is only eligible for parole, and could be denied. DM’s actual sentencing was for Life in prison, and I don’t understand why so many people are messing up his prison sentence. This man forced himself on many women, and deserves to spend the rest of his life incarcerated, just like he was sentenced to!

    • @lunaloveless7234

@SpicyPlur no parole isn't guaranteed, but the burden is on the state to argue for denial, and unless they can prove he isn't eligible, he will get parole.
It mostly comes down to your behavior while incarcerated, and your risk for re-offending. If he doesn't get in trouble in prison, and given the fact he'll be 77 when he's eligible, there's no reason he wouldn't get parole.

    • @tonepotproductions5825

@@lunaloveless7234they have to get a parole board hearing, yes. Though there are cases where "no chance of parole" is stated in the sentence.
Charles Manson had several parole board meetings, and as he spent them threatening more violence if they let him out, he was repeatedly refused parole. In certain cases, a life sentence IS a life sentence.

    • @steph678

That doesn't mean they are, there's is NO excuse or reason to be like "oh but they were good to me" so he didn't see you as a target, great. But you don't get to say he's a good person! I'm a victim of drug assisted SA, and people that I had known for over a decade turned on me, called me a liar, and double down and defended my assailant. The local dive bar let him keep his job as a bartender even after I informed them what happened. And it wasn't just me either. There were accounts from numerous women in another state who had gone through what I went through with him as well.

He had the ability to charm us into believing that he's a good guy, please protect the public from him. Now we know why Topher Grace didn't hang out with that group. He probably knew what was going on and didn't want to be associated with that. Everyone just called him stuck up, but maybe he didn't like what he say and heard. Such as betting Ashton to stick his tongue down Mila's throat for 10 bucks. A 14 year old at that and as she has said he was her first kiss be it in life and on screen. And Ashton admitted to taking that bet. It was on a Rosie O'Donnell show back in the day if you wanna look it up.

And there was just soooo soo much that Ashton and Wilmer saw first-hand, and even many members of their friend group who were victims... it's impossible that Ashton and Wilmer did not know all about Danny, from the very first year of their shooting on That 70s Show.

Mila lied at initial interview/casting try out about her age. Their characters dated, they never did at that time. The show ended and Mila dated Macaulay Culkin for years and Ashton married Demi Moore. Later they all split, and Mila and Ashton got together and That 70s Show fans rejoiced because Jackie and Kelso are married.
I was never a big fan of Ashton’s MTV show or him because of it, but, he seemed to tame down after that. Then him and Mila had a great reputation for charity work and honestly seemed like a power couple. Im surprised they wrote what they did, and am wondering if Danny has anything on Ashton or them, scientology shit, I dunno. They really believe Danny and not the victims? IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW LONG OR HOW MUCH YOU THINK YOU KNOW SOMEONE!
I unfortunately had a very close friend who did my ex and I extremely dirty. He was living with us and we trusted him enough to babysit our newborn, first born. We ended up with custody of my ex's siblings for a few months while their parents were in jail and the friend was trusted enough by the entire family to help us out. A few months later, it was revealed he had been having... relations with my ex's just turned 13 year old sister and had been for a while. We had absolutely no idea. We were disgusted with him and ashamed and embarrassed in ourselves because if he did things to her, who knows what he could have or did do to our child.
Thankfully, he's got 30 years with NO CHANCE of probation and he's in the same prison as their dad, Uncle, and several family friends who don't tolerate behavior like that.

Im always hesitant when celebs do charity/ advocacy as its a really easy way to have good PR with varying levels of your involvement. Ashton's work never sat quite right with me and I didn't know why until now. People look at celebrities who do that work as amazing beings who are so good and pure when the reality is that, with their resources, it should be a basic, normal, everyday thing to do. I'm much more supportive of celebs who will do charitable things without the public being aware of it as it shows they actually believe in the cause and aren't looking for good PR.

There's plenty to criticize about Kutcher and Kunis in this situation without throwing out false information and allegations. A few minutes of research shows that their age difference is less than six years, so Kutcher was never 22 when Kunis was 14. They've been clear in interviews that they did n't start a relationship until years after the show wrapped. I'm not sure what evidence you have of Kutcher hooking up with Kunis when she was a minor. In making that statement you are accusing him of being a child predator, when there isn't evidence of that. Kunis has also admitted to lying about her age to get, claiming to be 18. to get on the show. Looking through the description of this video I don't see any sources linked to back up the claims you are making. As I said there is plenty to criticize here without making false accusations. Writing character letters for a convicted sex offender, regardless of their friendship, was at best port judgement. It was ignorant and honestly pretty inconsiderate to the victims of the particular case, as well as, victims of SA in general.

      @AlleenLoveHope Рік тому

for further clarification, she lied for the audition and came clean when it came time to sign contracts. The cast and crew knew how old she was when it came time to film. Aston and Masterson knew how old she was when they made a monetary bet involving Ashton sticking his tongue in her mouth unscripted. She kept her mouth closed to prevent him from doing it, all of which was described by Ashton and Mila during an interview on the Rosie O'Donnell show. You are correct that there is no evidence that they dated irl during that time. Still creepy and inappropriate behavior imo, especially considering his comments (I think he was 25) about being excited for Hillary Duff and the Olsen Twins to turn 18
As an aside, there seems to be some mandela effect going on regarding their dating history bc so many ppl "remember" them dating during the time of the show.

This is really common through a lot of celebrities in the industry. You'll find celebrities defending people like Roman Polanski or bigger names. "I know _____. They are a kind." It's not even just an entertainment industry thing. But celebrities really are people that set a standard in a lot of people's eyes. Whether it's rational to view them that way or not.
Those letters just revealed a lot of what is under the surface. It makes you wonder how many other celebrities defend people like Masterson.
by the way, your opinion about celebrities by default being scum bags.... couldn't have said it better myself. If one is put in that position where they have people sucking their ass, wealth, and accessibility to so much, no way it doesn't get to their heads.

    A couple of things.
Number one, the letters they wrote - I think a lot of people do not understand how sentencing works. The letters that Kutcher and Kunis wrote are very typical letters that come into court. I do not personally believe that they have any impact on sentencing in most cases, especially in a case like this one where there is a mandatory minimum, but even so the letters are asked for. There is seriously nothing special about what the Kunis-Kutcher’s wrote - I think his, specifically, was heavily directed or possibly even written by Masterson’s mom or another VERY active scientologist just because of some of the specific language used (he’s the “most intentional person” they know? Wtf does that even mean… beyond he intentionally raped those women…) and then was just signed by him; either way, there’s really no need for all this drama. These are very basic, very normal letters that always appear in the sentencing phase of a court case.
Secondly, you should check out Aaron Smith-Leven and his channel, Growing Up in Scientology. Aaron is close with at least one of the victims who have released their own names and much evidence, and there was a time when Mr. Levin-Smith worked within the Church of Scientology’s Celebrity Center. While Kutcher never became a CoS member, their handlers “handled” his situations for him and helped him when the woman he was dating, Ashley Ellerin, was murdered by a serial killer. Kutcher’s shit is out there, too, you just have to know where to look.

Character references rarely if ever make any difference in a court of law. They're there to help contextualize a person's life from the perspective of their peers. The only shitty aspect about them in this instance is that they clearly try to paint the victims in a bad light. But ordinarily, these are not written to get someone off. In my country, only the judge gets to see them and most of the time they end up in the shredder. You shouldn't need a full 1:1 of a friend's life to write a character reference - that's not the point.
That aside, I'd advise against doing a scientology video series. You have a family to think about.

I'm not defending them I just wanted to make that clear that they did not date while they acted together on That 70's Show. So, this doesn't excuse them, but aren't statements regarding their personality (I've just had a nasty asthma attack do the word escapes me) normal in criminal cases. I conpletely agree that they went about the apology sucks, and people often have a different personality behind closed doors. Just look at the s.k!llers. There are a few who had wives that knew nothing. Personally, I wouldn't have done any statements. So I think they're both idiots, but I don't think people should take offense at the statements alone, given how often these types of statements are used in criminal cases to defend criminals.
