  • God gave us 200,000 nerve endings in the soles of each foot. He designed us to be immersed in his creation and to experience all of the varied textures and temperatures of the ground beneath our feet.
In today's modern world, we are mostly disconnected from his creation, living in cities, working in high rises, and wearing shoes made from synthetic materials.
Scientific studies are now showing that by simply walking barefoot on grass, sand or dirt, you can receive measurable health benefits, regardless of your age or current health status.
And it makes sense... just as God has given us everything we need for good health and vitality in the natural fruits, vegetables, nuts and legumes that we eat, he has designed us to be connected to his creation, and has provided health benefits there as well.
When we go "back to Eden" and live life God's way, our health and vitality can be restored to how he intended from the beginning.

Thank you for this. I first started walking barefoot in Garden of the Gods, CO, so the title of your video made me smile. I didn't know the benefits then, just was inspired to take off my shoes because it felt so good. When I can't walk barefoot I use an earthing mat at home.

I can testify that going barefoot completely eliminates the pain from knee osteoarthritis. It just isn't a problem any more. And countless other health benefits, not only for people but for all the life that gets carelessly trampled under their boots!

It always seemed to me normal and natural not to wear shoes. Remember when you were a kid you laid on the ground looking up at the sky? There's good reason for that. Such behavior is innate until the ravages of "civilization" contaminates us.
