The major point I feel being over looked here is President Bidens proposal to enforce term limits to the Supreme Court.
The founding fathers specifically made it so that the SC justices are exempt from such a rule because that branch is supposed to be above all the others. As a result, it was their intention to PREVENT partisan interference and pressure.
If the highest court in the land, that has the power to change the constitution, changes at such a rate as those who we elect to represent us, our individual liberties and form of government are threatened.

There is no protection of the minority view. If 51% of the electorate agree on something but 49% don’t, it gives minority views no balancing power.

The Supreme Court ruled that the voters in each state decide on abortions. That is all that changed. When Biden was a Senator he said, "abortions should be very rare." Now, he is in favor of abortions but refuses to say at what point should abortions stop during pregnancy. How does a lifelong devout Catholic believe ending a beating heart is moral? He also said, "A marriage is between a man and a woman, period." My how he has flipped to get votes.
