Super interesting to see the food you chomp on during the surf to keep your nutrients up. What to you do by the way of food intake, and muscle care in the day/days proceeding a big session? Whenever I have a day of solid waves, I’m ruined, haven’t found a good routine to follow. Apart from water, stretch, rest.
