I listen to Chaffee q&a videos every night while I sleep so I can un-brainwash myself from a lifetime of sugar addiction. It’s so ubiquitous in our society it’s almost inescapable. Thank you for your continued work. I’m trying to do my part by spreading the word and am amazed and how deep of a sugar trance all of my friends and family are in. It’s in everything they eat. It’s even added to packaged meats. Keep up the good work

Former vegan of 9 years. The worst symptoms I had from my vegan lifestyle was brain fog, the lethargy and apathy. Took many naps, less energy than my family members, and often felt like "I wasn't quite there" in the room with other people. Just somewhat absent-minded and not engaged in conversation or whatever else was going on. The difference now after reintrorucing a lot of animal foods is palpable.

I don’t. That’s why I seer the outside and undercook the inside of seafood & ruminates. I don’t consume pork and poultry often, but thoroughly cook both.

The risk of cross contamination is equally a risk no matter if cooked or a vegetable. Actually, most food poisoning people get is from cooked food that has been cross contaminated. Fresh, meat from healthy animals should be "sterile".

The big difference I see between sugars (fructose) & red meat, is that I get full on red meat. I could eat an entire box of Mac & cheese, half a bag of Doritos, & other Carb/sugar related foods. & a few hours later I wanted more of the same, or more of other bad carbs. Dr Tony Hancock, who is both an MD & has a Masters in Nutrition. Says it's easy to calculate carbs into sugar, so you can get total sugar intake. Every 4grams of carbs = 1 teaspoon of sugar. So for example, a can of Ranch style beans has about 66 grams of carbs, so that can is equal to 16 teaspoons of Sugar. Plus its actual sugar content on the label.
I think trying to draw a parallel between meat/meth/sugar doesn't really hold water. Especially since you get gull when eating meat, vs Fructose laden & sugar (converted) foods that are carbohydrate based. I am not trying to be disparaging, but I think your comparison of meat to meth might be a bit skewed. Especially since meth has no nutrients, where red meat has more than nearly anything on the planet, that's a natural food source.
But hey, what do I know??
Or perhaps I misunderstood your point, which is entirely possible. 🤔

I was clearly in ketosis for two months last summer. Didn't do a damn thing to my brain and well being. But my small eczema healed and due to the no-oxalate diet my neck and back pain went away. Digestion was never better.
Otherwise meat, as much as I loved it, started to gross me out to the extent that I began dreading mealtime. Wonder what that is. So I under-ate and lost too much weight.
Added Betaine HCL gives me severe stomach pain. (Took it because some say aversion against meat means too low stomach acid.)

    QUESTION:
Hey Dr Chaffee do you think if women would eat a proper human diet while pregnant would have better chance to breastfeed. I mean for those women who have trouble getting their supply in or low supply?

Hey, random guy who have 3 kids and breastfeeding wife. Answer is yes (it helps) and you have to know that if you have supply trouble you'll to "stimulate" for more than 20 minutes. At the time she did 15 min and we learnt after that it was way too short. Good luck with your Child (even if we know that if you're posting here he's already luckier than 90% of ils generation)

It would be nice to keep the swearing out of this vital information. My ears don't appreciate being assaulted and it ruins it for sharing with others who don't want to listen to that or as education for children. Swearing is not intelligent speech and it hurts credibility as well. You could reach a wider audience to help more people. 😊

Doc, If you believe the Bible, that God Almighty created all things, we will only live as long as He has determined us to live! People don't live as long as they choose to, we live as long as the creator needs us on this planet to fulfil our purpose. You cannot be your own god.
Accept Jesus Christ into your life, and then you'll understand what I'm talking about .✝️

      @@bobby,
But He also gives us free will, and there are consequences for bad choices. Yes, He can intervene, but we also have to do our part. I’m trying to take care of my temple. ❤ I don’t understand why so many churches serve donuts every Sunday morning-to me, that’s sinful. But yet, they condone cigarettes and look down on people who smoke. 🤨

So that means eat all the shit around? God gave us our body in trust so that we also might take care of it to the best of our ability. Whether you are going to this has already been in Gods knowledge before he destined your time in this earth.
Ps. God does not have a son, nor is he one in three or three in one 😉

Yes, However, you do have control over the quality of your life by taking care of your health! Free will.

Please give Jesus a chance. The Old Testament (Jewish Bible) has so many prophecies about Him coming.
*The Biblical End-Times Prophecies are all coming together, and Jesus is coming back soon!*
      Don’t believe? Consider this:
*The Bible is the only book with 100% accurate Prophecy.* Many of these were written hundreds of years before they came to pass, and the Dead Sea Scrolls prove this.
🇮🇱 🌳 Multiple scriptures in the Bible prophesied that Israel would be brought back to life, the Jews brought back, and the Hebrew language restored-and that happened in 1948!! It was a wasteland before the Jews came back-it’s now lush and beautiful! The Jews developed an ingenious irrigation system (and they shared it with surrounding Arab nations).
*In the near future, do NOT take “a mark” for a beast!* This is a mark (possibly a chip) on your hand or forehead which will be required to “buy and sell.” The Bible says it will send you to 🔥.
*The Bible is real. Jesus is real.* Seek Him with a humble and open heart, and you’ll find Him!!
Jesus died on the cross and *shed His blood to pay the price for our sins.* He was buried and rose three days later (and was later taken up to heaven, but He left the Holy Spirit for us!). 🕊 *1 Corinthians 15*
If you *believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead* and *confess with your mouth that He is Lord,* you will be saved. Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved! ❤️ *Romans 10*
      God bless everyone here! 🕊

@@PeaceIsYeshua ....What influences your ability to choose? The Bible says that men's goings are of the Lord, how then can a man understand his own way?
It also says, "man plans The Way, but the Lord directs the steps ".
We can make choices, but the Lord has already factored in those choices according to his timing for your life. No-one will live one second past the time that the Lord has ordained for them.🇺🇸✝️🇺🇸
