MIX SALAD WITH AVOCADO AND APPLE

Ingredients:
120 gr. mix of salads (arugula, lettuce, frisee salad, radicchio salad) depending on taste and desire
1 avocado
60 gr. olives
120 gr. apples (1 pc.)
1 tbsp. chopped nuts (walnuts, pistachios, cashew or almonds optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Balsamic vinegar to taste
30 ml. olive oil
Peel the avocado and apple and cut into small pieces.
Sprinkle the apple with lemon.
Chop the nuts coarsely.
Combine salad mix with avocado and apples, add nuts and olives.
Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
Season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Mix the salad well and serve.
