Madam Margaret Bowman, I salute you for your huge talent ! You simply stole the show as the T-Bone Steak House Waitress. A standing ovation is what you deserved, and many, many awards should have been yours, madam. Love and respect from your fan from Hong Kong !
That restaurant scene sticks out in my mind as one of the funniest scenes I have ever scene in a movie. The crusty waitress putting the hard, crusty cowboys in their place. Great scene. “ that wernt no question.” Every line is hilarious, Ms. Bowman nailed it.
Rip Margaret Bowman, you stole an ENTIRE movie, because I have a hard time remembering the movie itself, but I remember her. She was my favorite part of that movie.
What a great actress ! She defined that role ! A scene that is going to be legendary and would be talked about between the true conoisseur of great acting. Bravo and three cheers to Madam Margaret Bowman !!!
who was the interviewer? An intelligent person asking interesting questions. And with a solid background in classic westerns, as it seems. Truly well done! Plus, the hat is amazing!
@dmoder...uh no I'm an Engineer and not taken with teen angst dramas thinly disguised with vampires...having said that, I did notice Kristen Stewart is smoking hot.
We don’t serve no goddamn trout - - she absolutely stole the movie. The other actors were all great. She was fantastic for the couple of minutes she was on the screen in the Famous T bone Steak restaurant.
A dream come true to be able to hear Peggy Bowman to talk about her T-Bond waitress role in “ Hell Or High Water”. Peggy should have won an Oscar for her feisty performance as the T-Bone steak waitress in “ Hell Or High Water”. “ I’m hot . Not in a good way”. What a line by Peggy. Peggy Bowman set the mood in “ Hell or High Water” , after the T-Bone steak scene. “ Hell Or High Water “ 3 Oscar nominations to boot. And I don’t think Jeff Bridges was playing coy to a women’ s lib waitress. Jeff Bridges in his portrayal of a Texas Ranger was just really stunned about the waitress , Peggy Bowman .

I LOVED this movie! The older actress stole the show with her scene.
You are so absolutely right. It was so refreshing to watch such a good 'new' western, and the old waitress truly stole the show, as you said.
She sure did.
You probably remember her from No Country For Old Men, where she played the motel clerk….
She’s a great actress
Not many actors can steal a scene from the great Jeff Bridges but Mrs. Bowman did exactly that. What a great scene.
I totally agree with you. What a talented actress Madam Bowman is ! Bravo !
that WARN’T no question!

Perfect example of amusing as hell dialogue well delivered. And Bridges has the last word, 'my word.' Just hysterical, soup to nuts.
Yes, Ma’am, iced tea’ll be just fine.
Nobody's robbing this sob.
Ms Bowman, you are authentic old school Texan to the core, you made us all so proud.

They needed an Indian...I'd never seen this actor before but I think he is tremendous.
I'm guessing you haven't seen the Twilight series. lol

The french title is actually Comancheria.

"Hwat don't you want?"
How come they couldn't interview Jeff Bridges for this, since he was in the same scenes as these actors?
Fancy hat calls this movie a Western... It's TEXAS STRONG ~ shot in NM!
So what don't ya want?
And I don’t mean the good kind
Oh my god, the rattle snake of an waitress.
So WHAT don't ya WANT?
Amazing movie, but please, lady, loose the hat!
Great movie, but this if is considered a western, then Taco Bell is Mexican food. Outlaw Josey Wells IS a western.
So, Kansas is the West??? So, Wizard of Oz is a Western. Ok. Sure. www.civilwaronthewesternborder.org/encyclopedia/red-legs
It is considered an "MODERN DAY WESTERN", and America still have their "COWBOYS" !!!.
That is the brilliance of this movie. It’s a modern day western, with trucks , instead of horses and air conditioning. It was a brilliant script.
It IS a western, western doesn't have to mean late 1800's tumbleweeds bullshit. It's still a western, just a modern western.
It's Texas. It's a southern.
