I miss Bowie so incredibly. The real babe with the power.
35th Anniversary of Labyrinth (1986-2021)
I remember seeing the laserdisc version and on DVD and love the great 30th anniversary version in 4K
That first DVD release was one of the best DVD's for extras at the time. Prior to that I only had the film on VHS
I still haven't watch the mediabook I bought 5 years ago. 😛 I should get on that. Good video as always.
with what bluray player can i play the 4k disc? You know that it won't let me see it here because it's not region free. what player do you have?
The 4K disc is region free as are 99.9% of them. All you need is a 4K Ultra HD capable player.
4K isn't handicapped at all - the people that dont have multi-region players for the standard Blu's that often accompany them are!
@@RetroReels but you have been able to see the 4k disc of the labyrinth? what model of bluray player do you have? because you can't with anyone
I have a Panasonic UB820. Any player bearing the Ultra HD Bluray logo will be able to play it
So… what you’re staying is, I should return my copy of the 4K 30th Anniversary Edition if I want the best color and image clarity? Probably won’t be able to find this 35 year edition for a decent price, but… I can live without this movie. I don’t even think I’ve seen it all the way though.
In your case probably not worth it - but for big fans of the film with a 4K setup its a must
@@RetroReels Cool thanks, finally checking my UA-cam comments. I actually ended up returning it... maybe if a better edition is released at a reasonable price I'll check it out someday. (Or I find the 35th yr edition at a good price)
