Cressup chats to Fabrizio Rizzo (game designer) and Giulia Valentina (art director) from Smallthing Studios, on their upcoming game Simon the Sorcerer Origins, a prequel to the original 90s saga by the Woodruffe brothers.
They talk about what Simon's character will be like in this game (will he still be sarcastic), the art direction, how it will be a prequel, the return of Chris Barrie and Eric Borner as voicing up Simon and when it might be out.

I'm excited for Simon Origins. I hope the next game will be a true sequel to Simon the Sorcerer 3D because of it's cliffhanger ending.

@@JamesLMason Yes it is. Do you agree that they should make a true sequel to Simon the Sorcerer 3D after Simon Origins? Have you played Simon 3D?

@@jameslevy8347 ah, I see what you're saying. I'm NGL, I played 1 and 2 but couldn't get on board with 3D. I kept an eye on the following games but they didn't appeal. I take from what you're saying, it may be worth checking out 3D before jumping into origins.
Edit: I have a feeling that I may have started 3D but it's so long ago, I have a terrible memory.
