Is it the same for the 2023 model ?? Please let me know, I'm wrapping my car this weekend. I know the 2023 is new design but not sure if it's the same.
Is it possible to change the little clip on the glass if it got broken from somebody pushing the window down forcibly? Like they pushed it down and broke just the little bracket that’s connected to the glass.
Is it possible to take out the panel without removing the glass? Or it will fall? I want to repair/replace my door latch, once locked and unlocked, the door opens only when I pull the hand lever at least 3 times from outside. After that it opens every time until I lock it again.
@@BumperdoorDIY sorry, English is not my primary language. I want to take out the inside panel/module, in order to remove and repair the electric door latch, the one with the wire cables. But I see that the glass is secured on the panel/module mechanism, so I believe I need to remove also the glass before removing the inner panel. Otherwise nothing keeps the glass from falling,or I cannot lift and take out if glass is not removed. I found instructions that don't specify anything about glass removal, but I didn't see clearly the mechanism on the inside of the inner module/panel, the one with the speaker.
This is an awesome tutorial. Used this to replace the window on my fiancé's 2017 Kia Sportage after someone tried to steal her car. Thank you so much!
Glad I could help

Yes it could be changed and they do sell those clips separately

What panel are you talking about
I just read the rest of your message and to answer your questions no you don’t have to just leave the glass up and go inside the door and take it out
