Those boots look identical to the ones I got in 1978. They were issue for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). They were the boots worn with the breek pants. Those are the pants that are worn with the red serge tunic
That's actually really cool! I just looked up those RCMP boots and they are a gorgeous piece of footwear. I have some other projects in mind to try making some boots from scratch and will be using those as inspiration.

Would love to see Trenton & Heath’s thoughts on these boots especially for the steel piece. I’ve never seen a steel piece that wasn’t a shank
Ya I would also love to see what they say about them. I always want to offer to just clean the floors for people like them in exchange for learning as much as they can teach me.

those look like old school riding boots.. super old timey
That's what we were thinking too. But for some reason it's hard to find information on really old shoes... Who would have guessed 🤷. Though I might just not know where to look

That’s what the RCMP boots were for was riding. We even got Spurs with them
Cool! Not bad for a century boots. The leather must be soft and comfortable af.
After all the leather conditioner and oils Brian put into them they are quite soft now. But they started out so dry and brittle. I was nervous to try them on when we found them at the store because I didn't want to damage them.
Omg amazing video! I love your energy!
I also do videos just like you if you get a chance to check out❤️
