Have you guys tried Ceylon cinnamon? I just started using it in my smoothies and stuff because apparently common cassia cinnamon has high levels of Coumarin- if you ingest it daily it can be not the best for your liver! Ceylon has more health benefits + less toxic! I got mine at Whole Foods! Just thought I’d share bc I know you guys are into health/healthy eating!🫶🏼
