- Wuthering Waves has hit GeForce Now in full force, quite quickly I might add but not without its problems. Talk about a game that has been one of the most requested games to come to the platform. So the question is, after the request to add the game to the platform has been granted, is it worth the wait? Been playing more of this game since it launched on GFN despite some issues. It still needs more optimization. I also was expecting much better performance on the Ultimate and even Priority tier.
The game seems to default sometimes to 768p instead of 1080p by default. Need to go into the in-game settings, select window mode instead of full screen and the resolution can be set to 1080p again.
It surprised me how well the free tier works as well and the queue times. They indeed seem to have increased the capacity.
Thank you for making the comparison and video. The game seems very interesting, at least at start, and the characters art style and voice overs are pretty good

I wonder if anyone could help, I’m on MacBook Pro m3 16 inch. GeForce now goes 4k with every other game demanding games for eg (cyber punk, Witcher 3) all run on maxed out ultra no problem. I can’t get Wuthering waves to go past 2k the option isn’t there in game settings the overlay is set to 4k.
I tried going in windowed and fullscreen and still capped at 2k.
If it's grayed out, that actually means the resolution shown isn't applied. Going Fullscreen will override the game resolution.
@@CloudGamingBattle First off I really appreciate the reply. Are you saying going full screen is basically setting it to 4k. I spent about 40 minutes with GeForce now customer chat and they didn’t mention that.
That’s what it seems like from my testing on GFN and other platforms. I’m not 100% but that’s what it seems like.

lol so you gotta have a gtx 10 serries card to play a game in a server equiped with a gtx 10 serries card lol . might just play it on your pc . its free to play .
No that's for the Ultimate tier to run 4K
rtx 2080 can run this game max graphics 1440p native yet in gforce now it cant even main 60fps at 1080p.😂
