    I actually loved this! I didn't think I'd like yoga "circuits", but I think I liked it more than flow! I liked alternating something more active with a stretch. It was interesting, relaxing, energizing, and I just feel great!

    loved this one so much that I just did it again today :) I missed my stretching last Sunday due to work and didn't want to do that again cuz it really makes a big difference in the way I feel throughout my day. Thank you for keeping this girl mobile Amy, thank you!
