The guy in the white would definitely lose in a street fight, but that was slick sport jujitsu. Retreating to your back like that will surely lose in street fight or cage fight... But BJJ is a sport.

it is not improvised. Kron uses this technique a TON when he was doing Gi-jiu jitsu
