If there was an award for the most inaccurate video ever this would win easily, it starts with the flag of new zealand and just goes downhill from there.
This video looks like it's been stitched up with various skylines from other cities and towns from around the world. The video footage of Sydney looks like it was shot at least 4 or 5 years ago as development across different parts of the city namely Barangaroo added to the skyline
$10 million for the first house is not expensive as far as Sydney houses. It is on Pittwater which is technically in Sydney but 45km North of Sydney Harbour. It would cost 4-5 times if it was on the Harbour.
Some of those pics are not even in Australia lol, like the cars driving opposite sides of the roads than we do.. I live in Sydney btw.. also some of the houses you showed were of the houses next door to the ones that were/are selling.. but some great pics nonetheless.. not being nasty just pointing it out tyvm
This is the most inaccurate video I have ever watched. Most of the photos are wrong on all of the houses and so are the prices. You're definitely missing most of the nicest houses in Sydney too..
Fairweather was sold for $100m not $70m AUD. It is not the finest house in Australia by a long shot. It is dilapidated and will take tens of millions in restoration. It is unique in that it sits on a larger parcel of land
This has to be the sloppiest production with wrong info on every house ! I live in the Eastern suburbs where many of these houses are. I worked as a private Chef at Villa Veneto (number 5) and you show an aerial shot of a single story house which is not even in Australia. Just so wrong. Sloppy and lazy work. For example showing cars driving on a highway on the right hand side. Find a topic you are actually interested in, instead of showing random pics and facts.
Australian housing is overpriced and there is so much debt. The bubble has been brewing and most people assume the highest price sold for a property applies to all properties in the area. It's this thinking plus real estate agents encouraging such thoughts that drive the prices. Supply and demand, fair enough, but the psychology of people has been so engrained with the highest price thinking, add negative gearing, low supply and over immigration, RE #1India, Australia you have been sold OUT!
