Butterfly front bending flat i can do...but complete split and front bending somehow I feel it's not getting improved....after week's of practice infact not even 25%.... hamstring is struck somehow not going further limit....
Sir please give an information about back pain and other pain in body parts which is long lasting during advance practice 😢 my whole team is suffering from back pain and not able to do advance aasan
I feel warm up is very important.something we dont much talk about. Secondly understanding to our bodies condition,to see if we have an unusual tiredness or pain and stiffness.somwtimes our boy is relaxed and other days it is very stiff and therefore it is important to warm up prior to to any advance or even basic strech.....that way we can know if we can allow ourselves to strech further or stop at basic level or else it will cause us bloating,pain and tiredness .we must know that reluctance and needed rest and slowing down are two seprate things.so we ahould rush. Nobody but only we can understand what out bodies current condition is to strech. So the crux is when experiencing pain,please warm up,do basic streches untill ur body feels comfoetable ..
