and pull against who? Being #1 with such a huge marking doesn't make any sense to pull every 3-4 months. Competitor for rank1 needs to be cleared first every time and there are only handful of possible contenders. There is no point put Levan pull some top10 guy while other are battling to get that #2 spot and secure match against Levan. Next one is ermes vs Denis, Then there is vitali vs jerry. Those 2 are already occupied at june and cannot pull against levan until after summer. Only one who can pull Levan between those matches is alex kurdecha and also he needs to proof at least 1 more big fight before getting chance to Levan. It's not like boxers or MMA heavy weights fight against random dudes every 3 months, you gotta earn the spot

Ermes is no match for Levan right now. Levan learned a lot from their match and crushed the strongest version of Devon, who would have hypothetically and absolutely destroyed Ermes again. I think Alex Kurdecha would be the most potential opponent due to his size, but I give him another year or two. Right now, Alex would be crushed by Levan easily. Levan has improved his strength, endurance, and techniques a lot. As Devon said, he looks very well-rounded and has many options on the table (he is not a one-dimensional armwrestler), in addition to his champion mindset, which is also super dupe strong because he even defeated Devon's psychological warfare. I really take Devon's words for credit when he says that it will be very, very difficult for anyone to dethrone Levan for at least a couple more years.
Levan currently has 10% flop press. Imagine him having 100% flop press + 100% shoulder press (with intact wrist) + 100% hook. All on equal footings like his top roll.
It's hard to say... Vitaly and Alex have chances, let's not forget that Morozov is only 25 years old

If Levan is healthy and in shape no one can beat him, he is not only the strongest in every angle but he is extremely versatile, he can toproll, dead wrist flop, hook, seeing him flop press Devon starting from the center was impressive. And he's extremely endurable, Devon was gas out long before him.
Unbeatable, unpinnable king of armwrestlin Levan Saginashvili. Challengers in rightarm for him would guys like Kurdecha, Laletin, Kvikvinia, Gasparini, Tsvetkov and Lutidze.
With being inactive for so many years in lefthand and lefthand ranking are totally different from righarm, it just about anyone from top5 leftys for Levan to try.
If Devon had over 1 year to train for Levan, yet cannot beat Levan who only had 4-5 months of training post injury, I think Levan will remain at the top for awhile. I think maybe Kurdecha or Laletin, if they train seriously, have a chance in 2025. Levan has all the time now to improve his pronation, wrist, press technique etc.
What about Ermes?

Yes i agree. he can relax now, recovering, staying healthy, increase his strength, optimize press + hook etc. Then in 12 months he could compete against the next guy who thinks that he could beat Levan. Of course Levan needs money, maybe he could do seminars, programs, being a coach etc.
150 pound advantage is what cant be denied with Levan, 300 pound Levan absolutely gets destroyed by Devon every day of the week including Sundays, boom.
Only Denis has the capability if he is 100%. He is the perfect counter. Strong wrist pronation arms and back pressure.
The only thing he has over devon really is his bicep. I'm really not sure he is a 'counter' to levan whatsoever, levan will just surge through denis until he's gassed out just like devon did.

Overall Denis beat Devon’s strength everywhere apart maybe cupping. Even Devon admits it. Right now Denis is different though, He lacks too much side.

Was one heck of a win no doubt about that. He's the only one that can do that to Devon lol. But if Levan doesn't start having more than one match every year or two, then makes it less likely he will get beat in the near future. If he starts pulling like a champ and pulls more than once every year or two then the chances go up that he will get beat. Maybe Alex kurdecha next year, then Ermes, then morozov. Those 3 matches will take 3 years to do so Levan might retire by then lol. But definitely impressive by Levan 💪

Ermes first needs to beat Devon, therefore its crucial Devon DOES NOT leave the SHW division. Devon is the ARBITER of the one who gets a shot at Levan. Devon AT THIS MOMENT is the strongest AW (after Levan). If you dont beat Devon , you will NEVER beat Levan. The problem would be if Devon leaves the division, then EVERYONE can say "I might beat levan"

The problem with Vitaly is he gets dragged off the elbow pad by people with tremendous back pressure, he may have the advantage of side pressure, but his biceps are understandably behind his pronation and side pressure.

Ermes seems promising after devon. He has been developing his pronation and riser. If he could reach that devon larratt pronation strength combine with his monstrous Backpressure and sidepressure then ermes does have a chance. Devon pronation was enough but his riser is not, even without his riser devon was somehow still able to kick levan wrist similar to there left arm practice pull. While I believe ermes doesn't have the rising ability to fight levan for height but his Backpressure will help him to atleast have a stop.

Until levan starts arm wrestling more than once a year, I don't think he is number one. I think engin needs to set a minimum of 4 opponents up for him a year, and that be a requirement. He is hardly active as an arm wrestler and I think we would all like to see him do more. That's why we all love devon.
