Great list!!! Another nice to keep item is a sail switch for your furnace.
A good RV technician tip….put a check valve between your city water inlet and the water pump and it will help extend the life of the water pump since the city water hits the pump basically making the pump act as a check valve on the fresh water tank side and over time overcomes the pump sending water to fresh tank. They are cheap and worth it

Great advice and thanks for watching. A sail switch would be a great addition to the spare parts bin and I’ve just added a check valve to my to do list. Safe travels.

Add a spare Converter to your list. On my 2020 25 Foot Airstream I owned for 2 years previously mine went out on a month long extended trip. They are easy to replace too. For those who don't know this is what allows your RV to run off shore power. Without it you a left with running off your batteries only and hooking up a charger to keep them charged.

Battery charger. Our converter went bad at a COE campground in Iowa. Fortunately there was a 24 hour walmart a few miles away and at 11 pm I was in line buying one. Saved my batteries until I was able to replace the converter. It's also useful for your tow vehicle if you're having battery issues.

Great video, some good suggestions. One thing I would add to your list is the Shurflo fresh water inlet/regulator. We had a 2004 19' Airstream and it leaked, now we have a 2014 23' Flying Cloud and I've had to replaced this part twice. It's one of those things that can leak and you won't even know it unless you look for it. When these leak the water can go inside the wall. I only noticed on the 19' because a little water was leaking out of the belly pan in the area near the water inlet. Sometimes it works to tighten the 4 screws on the back of the inlet, a least it can stop the leak for a while. Also, they don't come with exterior rubber gasket, but if you are careful the old one can be reused. I like to keep a some JB Weld on hand too, this actually saved me one time when the upper fridge hinge on my 19' was starting to crack. I noticed this issue one night when I was driving across Kansas and I stopped to go back and get a snack. The door was about ready to fall off. Found a place to camp for the night and went to work reinforcing the hinge. Held fine for years after that.

I pulled into a campground with a week old new Airstream trailer and had ONE lugnut left! Airstream said I over-torqued. That is a false accusation - stating I - a 75-year old woman - over-torqued my lugnuts! I didn't even know the word 'torque' and never touched them! Who is Airstream did this?!

I had one of these malfunction as well. Now carry a spare set. At first I thought it was the controller board electronics, but finally determined it was the temp sensor.
Be aware these sensors are different (different temperatures) for the 'normal' water heaters and a higher temp sensor for the heaters with mixing valves.
