It’s not alleged. He physically assaulted that fellow. And now he’s filing bankruptcy to keep from paying.
I watched the interview whitlock did with the guy. Very good interview. I would suggest the viewers watch it
As a law school grad, JB is on point here. Whenever you file a lawsuit, you file against any and every possible culpable party. Therefore, if the son of "Mr. 9 to 5" assaults you at a school on during the school period, you'd sue the kid and parents in addition to the school and school district. You sue everyone, then see which defendants you can sustain a case against. If you were to only go after the school, the school could file motions to bring in who you left out.
Jason Whitlock has the security guard on his podcast Fearless talking about it. There is nothing allegedly about this. The security guard wasn't suing until Deion or someone in his crew released the small portion of the video to TMZ!

Smitty has no room to talk about JB. All he does is defend everything the Sanders do. Aswell as most black players. They can do no wrong. It gets real old. The fact is he did something wrong. So Deon should pay. Just like any other father would have to. Doesn’t mater what color, what income level.

Jb leaving the part out where he alleges Deion told him to get the phone from shilo and when shilo wouldn’t give it to him he grabbed shilo and when he grabbed shilo he punched him as a response.

Smitty is missing the whole point. If Deion would have taken accountability for shilo actions when this happened. This wouldn’t be an issue today.

They haven’t even gotten to the part where Shilo came back & snuck into school the next day & knocked the kid out who “snitched on him.”
That Cockiness definitely runs in the Sanders family.
Smitty is weird AF! He has no life experience. We had a kid get his jaw separated in 7th grade and the parents took the other kid to court and won the lawsuit and the other kid went to YA Juvenile hall.
