Ya but I can understand taking a chance on thanasis in the draft..6 ft 7 and can run like a deer and jump out the gym and is strong..just never developed basketball skills but you take a chance on that.. now bronny? 6 ft 1 and not very quick or overly athletic..what do you have to work with to develop here?
I am a small market fan, love me some Spurs. Each draft choice is researched for years before the selection. Spurs scouted Stephon Castle years ago. Don't tell me Lakers didn't know exactly what Bronny was as a player and drafted him anyway. If the Spurs draft Victor's brother Oscar in a few years it will be because they believe in him as a player not because Victor told them to draft his brother

He’s going to start in atleast one game with his dad it’s literally the only reason he got drafted. He’ll be around the first week or so play a game maybe two and then he’ll go to the G league where he either develops into an off the bench type rotation guy or he will bounce out once his dad retires.
