How hard is to get into a pug for you?
I don't pug. I'm in a guild that still let's me run my rogue.
I found a great pug to play with i know from p1 and i am sticking like glue to it every lockout. Pretty good gamers tank is feral currently number 10 world and im pumping top 2-3 dps behind hunter and sometimes warr- also almost full bis with 3/3set both epics and some off items...

I've had to form the raids myself. I get so many other rogues asking to join but usually other team members threaten to leave the raid if I invite a second rogue (not joking...). Even turning down 99 parsing rogues.

If it wasn't for me being in a fairly small, chill guild, I'd have almost an impossible time finding a gnomer group. Even with that, I can sense my guild wanting to replace me from main raid to team 3(which isnt even 4/10 yet) with a range DPS. Shits fuckingretarded.

@@Markonicus i have to sit in nimar for the back, to actually get any edge just to be in top 4 dps in our raid, absolutly blasting. The state of rogue is horrible the worst is that i will never tank, rogue is not a tank. So i will make hunter i guess. When hunter is better at being rogue then a rogue.

Question, why do you not want to make your own groups, when you mention that it takes 2 hours of you spamming during prime time to get into a raid? Ive been forming my own groups and typically have it ready in around a hour on reset days.
I am just lazy with spamming the chat and leading overall.
@@Markonicus If you use the LFGBB addon it helps a lot. "Leading" a PUG isnt the same as a guild raid u just give a TLDR of mechanics and everyones expected to preform them.
Id say give it another go, give it a couple more weeks and u can even HR items u want and people wont mind.
Yeah this video is spot on with the issues rogues are going through. Some people need to watch this video because a lot of people are not understanding how hard it is to pug as rogue. I managed to enter as a full rogue MT. However, the types of groups that don't have a tank already and are willing to bring you in are probably not the type of groups that'll clear gnomeragan. We were unable to pass menagerie, I tanked well but somehow they kept hitting the sheep and we would wipe to its raid wide damage. Also dps was too low overall imo. 5 attempts before we gave up there.

How do you keep threat on mobs pack ? In dungeons I can somehow handle 3-4 mobs, but in a raid I don't have the confidence to do it .
@@Cynokine Mostly I only keep threat on individual mobs during the raid. The other tank did most of the trash tanking. I focused on the bosses. But if you must tank trash it's on your raid to only target the enemy you are focusing down. With shuriken toss make sure that healers dont get targeted for healing. It is a bit rough, however it is not 100% bad if a few trash mobs go and fight your dps. That's classic.
New Raid Buff: Assassin's Gambit
Effect: All raid members deal 15% increased damage of all forms, at the cost of 10% decreased HP
15% seems too much hahah
But that would be cool + and - raid buffs, there are certainly enough Rogue abilities throughout WoW history giving raid buffs.
Agreed lol Times are tough and it makes me feel like TBC all over where rogue is niche to play. As far as our viability it depends what group you're in. If you're in a parsing group rogue will not be the best option. I provided a lot of utility to my runs so far. I stepped bombs on last boss to press buttons because our casters were too slow and not paying attention. I also tanked Squirrel and Chicken just fine on my rogue and as combat I can cleave them both and pump. No issues tanking though.
I had huge issues tanking the last boss - the group had low DPS and there is almost no way to solo tank it as a Rogue :(
Compare that to chad Locks/Shamans/Paladins who can solo the entire raid.
Are you using different talents for each boss? What talents are you using for the last one boss
I am just going with the Poison Build, Poison Build should be the best for the last boss.
Stay strong my guys and read the latest Blue Post regarding the armor decrease for the 4th (?) and last boss. Blizz intends to let us deal 10% more damage iirc.
Removal of Nature damage decrease would increase our damage a lot more. This change is better for Warriors/Hunters/Ferals - like 40% of our damage is Nature damage (Envenom + Poisons) :(
At least we will be closer in terms of DPS to casters, but you still really need to have casters in this raid.
Next phase they'll likely tack on a raid buff for rogues. My guess is the AGI buff from grace of air totem, because alliance doesn't have access to that buff and it offers around 3-5% crit and substantial AP depending on class. If the really want rogues to get a spot, they should give them a hit debuff with poisons. A lot of casters are hurting for hit atm, so a poison debuff which gives like 2-3% hit would make it so rogues always have a raid spot. With raid size going to 20 though, who knows. Rogues should have a spot as long as their dps is decent in p3, which assuming the bosses don't have insane armor their dps should be top tier.
There are a ton of ideas, I was going through some of them with my Rogue Guildies :D
Yep, the moment sod was announced i was saying that they'd have to provide rogues with something that would buff the raid otherwise this would happen, it was pure chance that rogues were such good dps in p1 and people would take them to raids because of it.
also 10man raids and lack of class based loot is just bad for rogues in general.
It's kind of nasty I never liked Classic style of loot, everybody fighting for those Leather loot pieces.
Lack of any good Runes this Phase really killed our DPS.
About tank surv. You have to gear a bit differently to make all your gear agi/stam basically to have 4k+ ehp with your +30% stamina rune. Its smoooth ride from there.
If you are doin it with dps gear you are risking to get pounded by last 2 bosses
My gear is extreme - 2.3k hp unbuffed - 4.3k hp with buffs and Rolling With Punches.
I was still going down super fast even with Blade Dance and Tank Runes.
Impossible to solo tank the last 2 bosses.
It's literally not impossible to solo tank the last two bosses lmao. I just solo tanked Thermaplug last night. Only time you even need to think about an OT is the first phase if you get too many stacks of the fire debuff.
Rogues honestly have among the lowest damage taken per second, especially when using armor elixirs/potions. The only risky part are the first few hits w/o Blade Dance or rolling with the punches active. I almost always evasion on pull just in case. Because their base armor is low the potions/elixirs offer huge mitagation, along with shaman healer armor buff. Alliance rogue seems rough tho, not having alpha/not always having dreamstate/wild strikes seems awful, and our aoe threat sucks, buff our knife throw pls. But for tanking the bosses, rogues seem pretty nuts. Still would probably prefer a shaman/paladin for the buffs, but if the rest of your comp is well crafted a Rogue MT seems really good. Rogues definitely suck right now, and need some help, especially with buffs, but its an exaggeration to say tank rogue is doa. Honestly the worst part about being a rogue tank is the perception that tank rogues suck.
The issue is that Blizzard doesn't think the community driven meta is their responsibility. They think these gaps in output are okay because technically it's still clearable. But it's really not because as soon as the numbers come back the bottom classes will be excluded
Exactly... I mean you will accept the bottom class and will actively look for it if it has beneficial buffs - like Feral
Haven't hit end game yet, but I can barely get into regular dungeon groups. Everyone's either cleaving and/or spamming runs and rogues don't offer any viable AOE damage. Another thing is that mutilate is just so dang strong that it feels terrible trying to spec into anything else.

I feel you and had the same experience. I dont feel like playing other classes either so i will just let my subscription run out and move on to another game.
I liked p1 and could see all the content from p2 (managed to run gnome twice). Now I don't like the current state of pvp (event is just chaotic and sometimes laggy, was fun a few times but no need to spam), arathi is super horde sided due to Shamans and open world pvp gets boring too. Paying 12€ just to raidlog when im not even able to easily find a raid is not something i enjoy and the eco has been ruined by bots and goldbuyers.
I might be back for p3 but rn i don't feel like i want to continue forcing myself to play something which isnt fun anymore.
Good luck to you tho, maybe blizzard brings some changes but i really doubt it.

As far as threat goes, I think the idea with increasing threat generation is to make main gauche viable for threat to maybe compete somewhat with Mutilate. Not saying it worked or not, but seems to me to be their plan.
The only thing rogue tank brings to a group is DPS. Swapping muta with that dogshit ability just makes rogue lose their one niche. The only way it ever gets used is if it somehow doesnt impact or improves dps.

Rogue tanks are adequate solo target but again don't bring things like WF, MoTW, BShout/sunder, blessings, summons, multi-target threat, etc. that another tank can bring, so why would anyone bring them? I run my rogue with guild and pug with my mage cause nobody takes rogues, and tbh if a raid leader does take me, it's probably not going to be a very good group. Great video from someone who gets it! Also, this video has been up for 3 hours and I already see comments from the "There is no war in Ba Sing Se" people below 🤣🤣

Yhea, same problem looking for raid spots. And on the 3 i joined, i won a grand total of 0 items.

Only pure DPS class left in SoD. Literally brings nothing else to the table. Does less damage than everyone else. Makes a lot of sense.

I hit 96% on 2 bosses with no druid buff too, I have been really lucky and my gear is pretty awesome already with 3/3 and 4 epics. It should be better now they have nerfed the armour on a few bosses this week. I do feel sorry for the average Rogue though.
Nerfed armor also helps Hunters, Warriors and other Melee DPS - I'd like to see a Nature damage resistance removal rather than Armor :D
Things seem to be changing (atleast on Chaos Bolt EU) where today I have seen multiple PUG signups asking directly for rogues 4 Gnomer. Quessing this is for Rogues S-tier interrupt which is quite necessary for last two bosses, and/or that Rogues have stopped sending LFG messages for gnomer since it have been waste of time lately. Luckily have spot on my guilds raid roster with my rogue so have not been in need for PUG signups for gnomer.
Neither. It's because a "clever use of game mechanics" has been discovered which allows Rogues to ledge walk and skip the entire final trash hallway, saving their raid 20 minutes.
Ah forgot abt that. But as it is we need to take the wins where we can, even if the win is quite scuffed one xd

I have found the damage taken is no problem as a rogue I have main tanked multiple gnomers. You need to be deep combat, I am actually going to try out the fist weapon build with the thermaplugg weapon next lockout. That debuff on it is insane. If you aren't surviving as a rogue tank your healers are cooked.
I guess my healers were cooked - I had 4.3k HP with all the buffs and I was fighting for my life solo tanking Thermaplug. DPS was low too :(
@Markonicus at 80th percentile rogue tanks are 2nd in damage behind warlocks(at 99th shamans pass rogue but still 3rd). At 4300 hp you should be more than fine. Thermaplugg will melee for around 500-600 every 2 seconds and his ice phase tank buster does about 1k damage (if you are being dispelled/using fap). Taking half your HP if you mitigate nothing across 4 Seconds means there is no reason you should ever die thats a healer issue probably due to button bomb/mechanics. My raid had to make me MT because our prot Pala was taking multiple times more damage than I was but I can't speak for what his build was. The problem for rogues this phase is just boss armor and mechanicals we knew it was going to be a rough phase for physical damage dealers. Look at logs for Grubbis and you can get a sense for actual damage output where melee damage dealers make up 4 of the top 6 dps spots.
@@montanamuse3617 Grubbis is kind of a bad example in my opinion, that boss dies in 25 seconds or so.
Plus we get to have our Slice and Dice up before he even comes and Thistle Tea and Energy scales quite nicely with a super short fight.
@Markonicus yes its a bad example it's just the only non mechanical with a billion armor we really have to look at. Longer fight our AAs tend to outpace casters ability to crank out damage. Give us normal raid boss armor and watch the logs flip is all I'm saying. I would like to see some buffs to non dagger builds mainly.
@@montanamuse3617 Our Melee damage is about 43-45% of our overall damage so armor reduction isn't going to benefit us as much as it will the Feral Druids and Warriors for example.
We need to get that -20% Nature Resistance down to the normal -5% as well!

Lol i have thee same pug experience at sm. Looking for aoe or cleave and no 2 min bf does not count. And if you go the tank route everyone wants a tank who can do actual big pulls. Would love to have a blade fury rune where you can toggle the ability on and off.

Redirect book should be a passive that puts combo points on yourself like retail

Finally got into a pug going OT and ive been 40 since week 1. I wonder if there is data on % of 40s that have cleared Gnomer by class. Rogue has to be waaaaay down there compared to the rest
The thing is there is a TON of Rogues - we had the biggest % drop in terms of logs compared to BFD

I actually don't mind having no support. The class fantasy makes sense if we are top dps. They wanted spellcasters to be top dps so badly that they failed to realize that's all melee has. If you take top dps from us, we are pointless.
Phase 2 has made me want to quit SoD. I haven't played in over a week at this point. I feel like the state of melee dps in Phase 2 will severely hamper the success of future phases going forward.
I actually feel the same, I barely log on - I am mostly playing PvP and waiting for Guild raids, not even doing the PvP event for easy AB reputation.

I decided to not main Lock for once, focus on Rogue. P1 was a blast, although SS was a bit boring. So much hype for P2, mutilate is very cool. First I had to go tank so I could get SM groups as I can not cleave. Then at 40 I was able to get a Gnomer in the second lockout. Next lockout I look at LFG, after a short time it is very obvious that my chance of finding a group is literally 0%. I have not logged back into SoD since. Rogue is secondary to healer problem, Boomies and Spriest outdamage Rogues and get groups easier??!! This is the root of the problem. Blizzard needs to fix balance by making these classes PVP only and garbage in raid so that the healer problem goes away and all those spots can be filled with melee again.

As a rogue Mt I had to respec dps due to avoidance tabking doesn't work well on last boss at all. Without mitigation or a huge hp pool the hits from the spells is too much.
I agree, during his Frost phase... Man 30ish% Dodge and 20ish% Parry just isn't enough :(
The whole parse meta and sweaty behavior has killed SoD for me. I liked classic when it was chill. I know most will disagree but that's okay, I enjoy having a life and multiple hobbies outside video games.
From what I've heard Classic was never chill - Parse, Meta, Sweat behaviour is just a gaming trend which started 10ish years ago and it's reaching it's full swing. Most of the people want to be the best at the game that they are playing, back in 2000s there was a lack of videos/guides which made all the gaming less hardcore I would say.

They should implement Rogue's x% increased phys dmg taken on boss as a buff/rune, mby instead of shadowstep

they need to give us raid wide tricks of the trade, so instead of 15?% for one person maybe like 2-5% for 5-10 ppl

It’s hard to even get in SM groups as a rogue. I’ve already accepted my fate for this phase though. I’ll just pvp and farm gold on the rogue for now. Do all the pve stuff on my priest

That's why I purely did solo questing - I didn't wanna int my Guild groups going for Server first since we have no AoE
I got my redirect today after soloing the instances xD
I just tanked and as tank its super easy to get a group, tbh it was easy even as a dps rogue in SM, you only need to kick mages because they are mentally ill and will try to pull 70 mobs and then complain.
yesterday i was searching for gnom run. after 45 mins of shouting (while i was doing skinning), a hunter told me lets make our own group. after another 40 mins searching and while 9 people were in the raid they started complaining about the composition (melee hunter, me rogue, pala tank, wl ot, 2 healers, a feral and rest casters, some people started complaining about the roster and after a while of discussions they kicked me.
That has to sting :(
How they kick you when you made the group together with the hunter?

Min/maxing definitely crept in all games - it's just a trend which is going for good 10+ years now
The dps warriors ive seen in gnomer have never used sunders and ferals are not running leader of the pack

I just tank the raid now just to get in the raid got 3 piece doing this and it pretty fun but good luck going as a dps LOL
It's a lot easier to join as a tank, but still other Tank specs are better than us :(

You should try to reach out to Aggrend and try to start a conversation, I think you have some very grounded arguments and they're usually pretty open to feedback.

I knew rogues was going to get the shaft when I seen the epic fist weapon gave a debuff for casters, I think the Developers got powned by rogues hence the waterd down shadow step and no decent runes on p2 100% got the bone raid wise
I just got the Fist Weapon and Epic Dagger last raid.
I can't say that Rogues don't have Raid utility with that weapon xD

They need to remove 20% poison resistance from bosses for starters. This feature does not make any sense since in reality it only affects Assa rogues and their damage is unreasonably low. I always felt like asassination rogues should be undisputed r1 dpa on single target no mater what since they have nothing else: no buffs, no real cleave or aoe. If assa rogue is not n1 there is smth wrong with the current state of the game. Which it is.
It also affects Elemental Shamans and Balance Druids - Ely Shamans are actually taking the biggest DPS hit, followed by Balance Druids who lose just a bit more damage compared to Rogues.
I agree, Assa is the non cleave/AoE spec which should excel on setup and Solo Target DPS (by setup I mean getting to those 5 stacks of Deadly Poison.
@@Markonicus well, ele shamans and balance druids are not top dps either, so removing the 20% reistance would be a no brainer

You nailed it, My entire friend group I play with tried to shut me down saying it was all my issue that I am not finding groups. You explained the issues perfectly.
Ayyy, Rogues offer no utility you can only join groups which don't care about logs which are rare.
Stopped playing sod bcs of how bad rogues are atm, thinking about just leveling warlock or mage but that just seems so damn boring, going thru all the same content that i already did for another 20 hours of leveling. Luckly Last epoch came out, just in time to play it until they do something with rogues.
Fair point - I am also reluctant to level anything else... My Hunter is level 35 atm, but I'm just planning to farm Gold with it.

Luckily i think rogue is the most boring class to pve atm. Still made the mistake to level it within 3 days to 40 and then not finding raids after second reset
I really like playing a Rogue - I just find pressing Mutilate way to fun somehow, but I'm definitely biased ^^
oh i love mutilate, it's my fav ability in almost all of wow. besides not having the cool animation and sound in SoD. but everything besides mutilate is so lackluster. like think about it, we got a 2 point 40 energy spender and we at the bottom. just think about it.@@Markonicus
@@ItSaHeAdEr they really fked up this time, you are right. People were saying mutilate is too op at the start of p2. While I was saying that we don't know yet, and here we are. Mellee hunters basically have a better mutilate than our buffed one
As a rogue tank main we are in a very good spot right now. As you said though other tanks are just as good if not better and bring utility. I am curious why people only pug and dont join a guild. Raiding with a group of friends is the most fun I get from this game so I recommend my fellow rogues to find yourselves one because joining pugs is very difficult right now.

I'm playing on EU server, Crusader Strike and it's super hectic to find a pug group which is willing to take a Rogue
@@Markonicus I'm on wildgrowth, I dont see people post about paying to join a raid and if some one does everyone laughs at him, warriors are screwed for plugging no doubt but rogues seems to have a spot since good dps + interrupt, at the moment plugging can be hectic because people prefer just to take all range to make life easier on last boss and electroluc

Lmao, leveling is fun - I don't mind that part, also getting to 21 takes an hour or two it's not late to change a class.

Ye i pved alot in p1 with ny Rogue.. its not worth even searching for raid so its 100% pvp thos phase... Devs did an aweful job tbh

Rogues NEED to be near top DPS, it's all we have. Right now, mages are the class that can (1) level fastest (2) make gold easiest through AoE farming and selling boosts (3) can teleport and make portals (4) can make food and water (5) provides utility like Arcane Intellect and mages are ALSO THE #1 DPS. Rogues can... picklock lockboxes and maybe get a 30s tip? I don't want to bash the devs but seriously these devs are seeming more and more clueless by the day.
I mean I'm having the exact feeling when it comes to devs. Since I'm super disappointed in Phase 2.
@@Markonicus as a fellow rogue main for over 15 years I was having so much fun in p1 and was truly addicted again. Now in phase 2 I’m both disappointed and bored with the state of rogue & overall content in this phase. Might let my sub run out and maybe come back for phase 3 honestly!

they should of added traps or something so were needed in gnomer and adding a buff that barley benefits melee and seriously boosts casters was not how classic is supposed to be, rogues in classic are historically the hardest class to be the best at but if you are your on top they need to stick to that...
I disagree that they are the hardest class in PvE, but eh the developers just don't have a vision or fun in mind :(
@@Markonicus really? once your at end game in order to stay on top of warriors topping the meters which with stance dancing I admit can get complicated and you have to be fast but with rogues you really need to pay attention and be fast/you have to do vanishes and little tricks on certain fights watch your swing timer stay on top of threat etc..what would you consider to be the hardest cause nothing else ever really ever topped the meters in most raids before besides hunters sometimes shamans if well geared and good enough skill and mages on trash pulls
@@Markonicus I agree though they do seem to be lacking in vision and just borrowing from retail expansions they need to plan the whole thing out ahead of time a little better, either way im glad there doing it still and it is still fun.

Legit lied about 6/6 and cleared easy but its so bad and the team has no clue what they're doing in regards to this, buffing main gauche without actually some real damage or incentive to use but I love the 3 action points when I could just go Assassination rogue for sealed fate and get 100% 3 AP on mutilate

I don't care about pve and if I can get gear from pvp is perfect

Sucks right now for rogues and the fact they are turning the vanilla experience into a TBC experience is the major contributing fact towards the downfall of rogue. They wont even give rogue the best skills from the expansions which made playing rogue barrable which was Cloak and Fan of knives. I took a break but I might go back at a later phase.

Good video! As a rogue I quit wow today. I just gave up on finding groups even my guild only brings one rogue and you gotta be friends with the gm to get a spot. Sod turned out to be a shitty Beta , shitty STV pvp event, insane lag and layering lol. what a fucking joke Blizzard has became.
I really dislike the STV event and I will probably make a video about that.

Honestly is anyone even surprised at this point? Blizzard is notorious for being shit at balancing classes and they have kept with that tradition for the past 20 years so they are not about to change things up now. Blizzard has 2 settings when it comes to class balancing: OP as fuck or Shit tier, I for one am not pressed to jump into any raid groups at this point in time because of the reasons already mentioned in the video but im having a blast with my rogue regardless.
I like doing PvP with my Rogue, so at least there is something :D

There really is a lot of Rogues, I can see it when I join AB - there is usually 4-5 Rogues in 15 ppl :D
the only thing that rogue can do is DPSing, but the DPS is suck, new runes not interresting like other class

I missed the first week because of RL shit, literally haven't been able to find a single raid. And my rogue has the best available gear, enchants, etc. This is so bad.
You just need to spam hard and in matter of few hours you'll find a raid lmao

We always had the biggest threat (maybe Warlock was better in that case since they have Ranged Instant Cast Threat Generator) - but mitigation wise I would always pick a Warlock.

Bro the main gauche buffs are so braindead, maybe the problem with rogue tank is that we need 3 runes to get the same effect as shaman in 1 rune. Also 1st tanking rune doesn't work without 2nd - who the fuck thought that was a good idea. Can't wait till main gauche is going to give 17 combo points and still won't be used or it will be used in PvP :D. Is it so hard to make main gauche automatically acquired when you pick RwTP (balancing it accordingly) ? So we don't have to assfuck ourselves by not having mutilate. Could shuriken perhaps apply poison (maybe from both weapons so you can actually decide if you want to have 2 poisons or wild strikes for example, also tie it to RwTP. Why does the taunt have no flavor and it's melee 10 second boring dogshit ? I feel like I'm playing dps rogue when I'm tanking as a rogue, there's nothing new to press or do.
I agree with your points - Main Gauche is just bad because it's sharing a slot with our best DPS abilities. Shuriken is just dog water lmao - I wanted to make a meme video about it, it's barely killing level 20 mobs. It applying Poison could be super good, but then Poisoned Knife is going to be an even bigger poop than it is atm.
I really dislike "Tease" you are provoking someone with words as a Swashbuckler and you can't Range Taunt somehow...
The issues came from all the casters complaining they dont do damage so what blizz did? Overbuffed casters made bosses have 100000 armor so casters can be happy and we get fucked over because only thing we have is dmg.... I guess being a god PVP class is not enough mages spriests has to be gods in raid damage while bringing so much buffs and utility. Also mutilate looked like a good buff but in reality it feels so bad to have muti for everything and ignoring everything else. In p1 while looking at 40 talents and stuff I was so hyped to try all the stuff we can do like combat swords / combat daggers / combat fists after seeing the weapons datamine / actual muti assa build / amalgamation of talents to go slaughter and backstab / backstab pvp / hemo pvp / again weird combat swords adrenalin rush cleave in AB. So many options to have fun with but now we are stuck with muti being overpowered for every piece of content regardless of tank or dps. Its boring af... Maybe a lot of ppl wont like it but assa tree with 60 energy muti should be good enough to have it as option to play we dont need 40 energy muti it just fucks over all possible other builds.
I mean that's why I made the video Mutilate is OP - it just kills every other combo point generator.
We certainly need to be buffed, but across the board without touching Mutilate.
This raid is completely RDPS focused which is weird for Classic times.

I feel like the devs dont really know what to do with rogues, or just dont care much. Unless microsoft is going to step in and tell SoD devs to stop playing priest/druid so much(lol) I think we are just going to have to cope by saying "wait till 60 bro". At least rogue PvP isnt bad.
I think they completely missed the mark with Tank Rogues - people just never wanted that.

I think the only reason it exists is because "Oh the least played classes are tanks and healers so lets make dps classes able to fill those slots so its easier to find groups." I imagine the philosophy is dps classes will never be the best at tanking or healing, but at least it's an option. If you are tired of waiting for a group you can tank, or heal. You will not be the best tank or heal class, but it's an option.

I agree we need some more utility, but wtf are you talking about when it comes to being squishy? We've not had any real problems with a rogue main tanking the entire raid
I tanked Thermaplug solo and he was destroying me - I have 4.3k hp and with Tank Talents + Blade Dance 100% uptime my healers couldn't top me - maybe it was just a Healer issue paired with low DPS. I certainly had no fun tanking.
But even then my point still stands, other mentioned Tanks are just better and even the ones who are underperforming DPS wise, since they offer raid Utility.
i only played the gdkp raids but it's banned and i'm frustrated. two raids with SR pug was grief and my rolls, oh god... people leave the group, they Are toxic,they don't listen.
slowly no one writes me back, because im a Rogue.. this has never happened to me with gdkp.. btw i am not gold buyer,I used gdkp because it seems like the best system for me..I have always met good players, but now... No :/
I am okay with GDKP, I only played it for a week or two - it's a nice neat community and you have some gold making potential there. They should fix their bot issue in some other way other than banning GDKPs...

You could take 2 Rogues and 1 Rogue was a must, in Gnomeregan it's 1 Rogue is waaaaay more than enough.

Warriors only bring shouts and not much better dps then rogues when not in a perfect group. Priest humonculi is better then 5 stack sunder.
True, but you gotta realize Warriors scale better than Rogues and they offer more DPS atm their max parsers are insane. Battle Shout + Commanding Shout isn't a small thing - People overlook the Power of Battle Shout, it's a really powerful buff.

Got 2 clears and I have 90+ logs on everything, and I can't get in to groups either. Tried twice on server peak hours and just couldn't get in to a single one. I just said fuck it and stopped playing SoD.
