I have these exact ones. I got them because of the visual detail. They look really cool. I tried putting mine on about 4 days ago but dropped 2 washers in the fender. I have extra washers but I gave up knowing that if I drop a nut I am screwed. I will probably get some extra washers and nuts and try the vice grip method. I have a hood bra on so I may have issues with the top parts. The hood bra is extremely hard to put back on.
@@peterjones8546 there are 6 plastic clips up on top that you pop out with a screwdriver. Then you just pull towards you on the grill and the clips inside release and come out. I’m actually about to post a video of me removing it when I paint the grill inserts. The only thing you may need to worry about is if you have a winch installed, it may get in the way.
So far so good. It’s only been like 3 weeks but I do live in FL near the ocean. Been to the beach and it’s been raining like crazy. But so far no signs of rust.
Hopefully the writing on them is easy to remove.
Nothing a little black touchup pen couldn’t handle 🤣
Nice! They looked machined, like someone put alot of effort into making it right.
Definitely quality and holding up great!

Ya. I also just took the grill off to do something and it opened up that area a bit. May want to try that. Might help 🤷♂️
@@DuckMeTV I have no idea how the grill comes off. Seems like a lot of work.

@@DuckMeTV Yes. I watched a couple of grill removal videos. Looks easy enough. I'm getting a winch installed in a few days so I better hurry up.
@@peterjones8546 for sure! Much easier to do without a winch in the way
how are the stainless steel pieces holding up? Any signs of rust spotting on the metal hardware? Looks good. Nicely done.
