These guys are crazy but I love their videos.
The translation makes the whole thing so hokey 😂
Holy moley
You guys are in for a huge learning curve. These little motors put on bicycles require a TON of maintenance.
My suggestions are these, USE LOCTITE ON EVERY BOLT AND NUT, get a better carb, get a 415H aftermarket chain, get a tool kit including inner tubes, patch kit, extra chain master links and get a gasket for an O2 sensor for a 1981 Toyota Camry and replace the exhaust gasket with the O2 sensor gasket.
The “shot glasses” are gear pullers. One side takes off the drive sprocket on the motor and the other side is to remove the small bevel gear on the clutch side, remove the nut and screw the shot glass into the gear/sprocket then tighten down the bolt in the center and the gear/sprocket will come off.
Good like on your journey, it will be a very long and frustrating learning curve for you.
Be careful and have fun.
Yes. If you're not mechanically inclined it may be frustrating. After conquering the opstacles is pretty fun, though. The kind of stuff that I would have enjoyed as a kid.
how are you defining a ton of maintenence?
Having watched most of their journey I can confirm you were 100% spot on. They needed a lot of repairs along the way 😅
Is that a vileda mop on his head lmao
Did Anton lose a bet? What has he got on his head? Dreads?
Maybe he's a island boi
I think his hair looks cool AF! Don't hate.... masturbate, LoLz!
Noodles 😅
He's high on radiation 🎉
Hhahahhahhaaahjajajjajajajajajjjjjhahahhahahhah!
The parts that you called the "nipple clamp" is the bracket you put between the lower frame and the muffler to keep it from vibrating. If you don't install it, the muffler will vibrate so much the muffler pipe will break off before too long.
One of the extra parts is the chain tension pulley to keep chain tight not floppy
You can also adjust the fuel ratio with the plunger needle c clip, there are notches on the needle. Top notch is LEAN bottom notch is RICH
Yep dont bent the float hahaha
Bend*
Wouldnt be kreosan tho eh
I'm jealous looks like a pile of fun great unboxing and what's up with Anton hair?
This is a great idea. I look forward to more content. 👍
40:36 = That rear wheel folding is epic.
Holy Molley! Great video, but seriously what did you expect to happen shoving steel wool in the silencer? Lol.
holly molly there is a magneto
Holy molly! Nice upload.
Dude I just like to say your videos are awesome thank you again you're awesome no matter what country❤ we love your videos do we love how you explain stuff and how you put stuff to like science like kind of like we love your science videos in other words you love how you explain stuff and you make it so simple you're awesome thank you again you and your team are awesome
If you do everything correctly these engines can be quite reliable
they are not.
@@TheDigitalguyy If you don't know what you are doing they will break and fail. I bet you never even owned one in your whole life. I've built and repaired many motorized bicycles. I know what I'm talking about compared to you. They can last 5K miles if they are treated correctly and looked after.
Lol "compared to you" I know I couldn't last 5k miles.
lol nope I have had 4 of these pieces of shit and they all all trash no matter how much care you take, I now have a 79cc 4 stroke that I built in 2020 with thousands of miles on it. so in short gfym and buy a real engine.@@thecbc7658
@@dirkdiggler1242 5k not in one day...
I used to own one of these motors and I was also stunned when I took the muffler off. It rides like a totally different bike. Great video
Yeah, they don't run at all without exhaust.
@@refluxcatalyst7190Bullshit
@@refluxcatalyst7190Ive built 9 9f these and they all run better without that POS exhaust
I've built 4 of these and the long pipes that exit at the back with expansion chamber is best, the banana style pipes are second best and the standard pipes are worst unless you remove the baffle plates and shorten the tube on the end cap!
You can also drill bigger holes in the pipe inside the muffler to improve flow.
Completely standard pipes are a major power drain
@@Yukanhayt-Mhenow Lmfao, the banana style pipes are fake expansion chambers that are shit internally, cut one open and find out. Almost as bad as the stock pipe.
The only good pipes for these are the MZ65 type pipes, but watch out for the fakes.
You want a header that steps up, the ones with a single diameter to the expansion chamber is trash.
In Brazil those motors for bike are really common. But sometimes police take it out.
46:01 a "technological opening" 🧐🤣
Lucky you checked and got those metal debris ot before starting. You should contact seller and inform them that the debris were there. Good luck.👍
hi from B.C. Canada. like your stuff. thanks guys.
This disassembly explains why the engine broke afterwards.
My comments may rend your soul, but I will never be man enough to hang out with Kreosan.
Kinda miss the other dima always messing with anton, ha
46:21 is so loud but is cool is sound like a motorcycle
Bro Anton, all of you three cool as hell keep being cool
It’s funny that they referred to stuffing steel wool in a muffler as an “American Flute” because I’ve actually done this with one of my motorcycles. Pro tip: Make sure you use stainless steel wool. Anything else will be rust dust within days.
Bravo!!! I laughed and smiled so much.
I just bought that engine. Thanks for making me wanna try to build it
Also i have a bike that I’m building up. Fixing it up. It was a mountain bike large size. Still have to paint her and assemble everything. Thanks for your amazing video. I learned a lot.
Awesome video
make sure to put locktite on all the bolts they rattle off
Can't wait for next vid
hahahaha the first start was hilarious :D
Damn thus video is so very educational please keep it up!!!
the upstairs neigbour at 6am on a sunday 17:11
It's Pat and Mat life! Ajeto boys
these voice overs are hilarious
Take the small clutch spring out, too much tension.. only use the big clutch spring👍
Steel wool in the exhaust will reduce noise but u will probably have to adjust the fuel air intake the back pressure in the exhaust will change
Hope one day u guys ride till pripyet using that crazy bike 🙏
Im a the only 1 who hears it dobbel talking in the beginning at almost the same volume ? 😮 but nice vid again in an random room 😂 but how did it end up whit that boat you where last
just gotta luv these okes
is that like the trek "navigator" series?
This is the most weird chanel on YT, but I like it.
I want to go on an adventure with you crazy guys!
We attract so much attention trying to use these in the city center fir the very first time.. bobbing and weaving between people trying to walk... all these damn people in your way, “what a hell guys!!”
Kreosan FTW
the setting for the carburetor isn´t the floating cause you got the jet, the jet gives the maximus amout of fuel always, and if you run out of fuel on the float chamber the motor will be getting lean always. you got to change the needle washer position... if you put it higher the needle gonna go lower and it gonna be giving less space to the fuel to pass... if you put the washer on the lower position, the needle gonna be more up and leave more space for the fuel. the needle is conical
The top (head) is on the wrong way. The spark plug should be facing forwards. The spark plug side is the hottest part.
maslo in his language is not a BUTTER xD its OIL
My favorite crazy guys! Love you all
Looks like a Vespa 90 special motor.
Terrible cylinder, needs a rebore!
19:57 how to attach tyhe chain 😄
Just found this channel and its hilariious!
Also in higher altitudes you may have to adjust your carburetor
I am working on one to hopefully it's fast like your comrade.🤖
Great guys.
25:42 wow, it is 9:30 PM!
WHAT IS ON YOUR HEAD? What is that??…….
I want to travel with you! We can build anything!!
The motors themselves are quite reliable. The weak points of your set up will be the chain tensioner and the bearings in the rear hub.
Not to mention the fact that the motor drive sprocket is attached directy to the spokes on the rear wheel. This is not good and will lead to breakage before to long! It would be better to attach this drive sprocket to a rear wheel that has a disc rotor mounting boss instead. Additionally adding braze on engine mounts to the frame would help dissipate motor vibration no end.
@@MrDegsy69 A jackshaft putting the power to the right side is quite fun with gears :P
What are you two doing in that bathroom?
Lubing a clutch chain
I would strongly consider helmets.
Antons hair looks so bad. He turned into an alien 👽
kerosan you buy a satsuma (datsun 100 A the fans would love it!)
i will travel with you ..joe from bristol uk
VISIT FUKUSHIMA JAPAN!!
everything only the engine self and the sprocket are the most reliable part that you get delivered xD by me too i changed that much after wasted much too ... but still not so serios for me
maybe the chain pulley tensioner should come down from the top cause from the bottom it's holding up the chain weight which would wear out the roller bearings quicker?
No that's the tension/drive side bad idea! Tommy Cash will tell you!
Needs a turbo, add starting fluid to the gas and your burn off the tires
Turbo for small engine? That woild shorten it's lifespan.
Bore up or stroke up will change the engine characteristic
Starter fluid use the carb cleaner spray can, it works well
need a better translator or just allow English subtitles on your other channel
THAT'S COOL
It just needed to warm up im sure. Plus a 2 stroke would run stronger with a proper pipe.
Holy Molly
I think the rubber mounting is going to fail due to vibration, even high quality urethane eventually fails. I would solid mount and use liquid thread locker on every bolt, two stroke motors vibrate twice as much.
Yeah i've built 4 of these and I can tell you that the rubber under the motor mounts is a BAD idea.
I would say custom made brazed on engine mounting brackets and urethane vibration isolation grommets with thread locking compound on the engine mounting bolts would be the way to go.
As you say the way 2 stroke engines reciprocate so wildly it is a sure fire recipe for disaster. There is a reason why motorcycle frames are so stiffly braced and ruggedly constructed.
Awesome.
Would you now make a hho cell to run the motor if it's four stroke
Hey Sasha what is with Anton's hair?
I've had a few of these. The quickest one could do 65kmh.
I love how most of what they're saying is lost in translation
Fuel to oil mixture should be 40:1
not for break in
@@Sliccada Every single 2 stroke runs on that for a break-in... No manufacturer tells the buyer to run a heavy oil mixture during break-in. Too much oil during a break-in can actually harm to the engine (not properly breaking in) and cause damage down the road. I always broke my engines in with 40:1 and they all ran just fine. Having extra oil for break-in is a misconception from people who have little experience dealing with 2 stroke engines.
It's just like a kit from IKEA
i love it ❤😮
Happy to subscribe and peace to all.
Use hho cell to run it.. hybrid and rechargaeable..
I want to do experiments, but not have proper stuffs
masterpiece
Is that a chicken on his head😂😅
Could we get a shopping list? i'd love to build one of these! 😲
Watch the video. If you can't work it out without a list, there is no way you should be building anything. 🙄
@@johncoops6897 i used to build stuff like this on scooters back in the 90's why don't you keep your aspergers to yourself
Aside from what was supplied in the kit I used a spring loaded chain tensioner that mounted on the motor and a rear sprocket that mounted on the wheel hub. I also had to change the crank and sprocket on the bicycle to clear the motor. I think I also bought a better drive chain than what was supplied in the kit. My advice is to mount the motor as solid as possible and make a bracket to solidly mount the muffler to the bike frame which will also assist in solid mount of engine aside from saving exhaust from vibrating loose, losing or breaking mounting hardware, or stripping exhaust mounting holes in the engine. Make sure to use a front wheel brake. I used a simple and cheap caliper front wheel brake and it works fine for me. On a coaster brake rear wheel make sure that the brake stay anchor is VERY securely mounted using a good screw & nut tightened and loc-tited. I had that screw break or fall off (I don't remember) and when it did, the pedal kicked back hurting my leg and almost throwing me from the bike. That was also before I had installed the front brake, so I almost crashed into the fence as I came into my driveway hot. My 26" cruiser style bike has a top speed of about 30-35 mph (certainly faster than I need to go on a bicycle!) and a comfortable cruise speed of 20-25 with a 44 tooth sprocket. I wish I had known of speedometer phone app at the time I was playing with the bike. It went plenty fast for me, though. I'll get it out & play with it again one day.
I can smell this video
Amazing
This is not mix on 1:30 for driving in like the manual said 😂
The weak points are;(1)chain tensioner,2)the bike itself that yu mount the damn thing on rear hub & the brakes,3)crank needle roller bearing,4) small end needle roller bearing, the 1st to go I might add.these are what must be improved immediately.
I just want to buy a motor. Just to start up a 2 stroke at 3am and redline it or bearing bash it. Plus get a bunch of extra nuts and bolts
Will you finish what Nikita started?
Ok 630 is realy hi. Just for referance we have 0.12msv.
Add electric front hub motor and you get Hybrid bike...

guys u hsve to bresk them in before u open it wide open
I have one myself
lol watch sprocket direction?
These bikes are banned where I’m from, so much fun.
Love it
You need better tires that can handle 90psi
lol yes their lil fun things i hsve 7 of em
