- The device the heifer is in is used to give medications and provide close care. Medications were not successful in treating this abscess so further intervention was needed. She was given medications prior and post procedure and is much improved.
Poor animal it must hurt carrying that around her neck!!! I hope the cow is doing better!!!
Doing better. Still getting some medications.
If you care about a cow’s well being, I hope you’re vegan.
@@BrokeTheSeallol nope.
Your pesticides do way more damage
@@MeadowsMiniFarm wait till someone tells this guy what animals in factory farms eat… pesticides. Also are you saying you don’t eat veggies ?
@@BrokeTheSealno it’s call an omnivore diet.
As a rancher who raises livestock, ive definitely lanced an abscess or two lol. I can almost smell that thing from here! I swear, the smell from some of abscesses can absolutely make you gag and choke. I promise tho, the relief that this animal feels having that thing drained is absolutely GLORIOUS.
How did they even let that get that big? That didn't happen over night. Or over a weekend.
They deliberately left it so that they can make content for their UA-cam channel. All for the love of likes
@thecaneman7036
They started a whole farm and raised this cow just for this one youtube video
People can be cruel
This is the dumbest thing I've heard @@thecaneman7036
@@jorgedeguzman142😂
That Stanley knife splitting its skin open, has got to hurt 😔
but at least it's not carrying around that huge lump anymore, that thing must've hurt more than the knife
Why did he use a box cutter?
She literally couldnt feel anything but relief but whatever you say jackass
@tenderpawsm473 well isnt it also called a utility knife? Just another way to utilize it lmao but i would guess that because it's a farm animal, no anesthesia or sterilization
@@mikuenjoyerXDanaesthesia doesn't work on bovine abscesses.
The relief must have been epic
Imagine the relief That She felt♥️
OMG that poor calf, it must have been so uncomfortable and painful to go through that. I certainly hope it felt relief quickly and healed well.
I feel bad the cow had to go through that
The cow started looking like it was feeling the relief
“EXCUSEEEE YOU!” 😂😂😂
Poor animals like that never get a pain killer they just gotta tank it hope shes doing ok
You can't anestitize an abcess. Anesthetics are PH sensitive and the abcess makes them barely work anyways
It's dangerous to pump a cow full of pain killers for an abscess. As soon as they relieved the pressure she would have felt intense relief. They're obviously caring for her and cows are pretty hardy animals so she should be fine.
What a pity for the poor animal that it was left to get quite so big.
This needed a vet
A vet would have done the same thing! And then left a big ass bill! Cut , drain then antibiotics!
He could have been the vet. But a lot of owners are equipped to handle things like that.
They can get really big fairly quickly. Sometimes just in a day or two.
@@drunkwoodswyllia4885 I think what they’re saying is that it was allowed to get that big. That’s pretty egregious
Those abscesses can "grow" rather quickly, sometimes overnight. I'm not saying this 1 was overnight but it could've been a span of a few days.
Amazing to see where our every day products cone from. A little weird that they let all that yogurt out on the ground though.
Apparently, milkshake brought some boys to the yard.
😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
Poor baby! Thank you for helping this innocent animal
helping?
calling a vet would have been help. not cutting this poor thing open with no sterile cutter.
The owner said they got medications, probably antibiotics@@koala7254
@@koala7254They helped relieve the cow's pain by popping that thing
That must have been an amazing feeling of relief.
Did they sanitize first?
It’s kinda the point of a cyst drain, they HAVE to sanitise if they want to drain it.
Is the abces ok?
Would you not freeze the area that has to hurt the cow
I can smell it from here
How long has that been left like that to get so big!
Might only have been a few days, abscesses can get huge in cows quite quickly
Yeah these things can fill up and get big like this alot faster than you might think. Literally just a few days. A weekend. And it can be caused by something as tiny and seemingly insignificant as an Itty bitty little splinter too. I've lived on a ranch raising livestock for most of my life, and abscesses like this are not at all uncommon. You definitely want to take care of them as soon as you notice it, but it can really be mind boggling sometimes how they get so huge so quickly. Fortunately tho, they are easy to treat, and they heal up pretty quickly too. Draining it cleaning it and some antibiotics and they are good to go, and you will notice it starting to heal up in a day or two. A week or two later and they are good as new.
What happens to all that infection on the ground ???
Do they clean up the area ?
Have always wondered.
From other videos I watched they house it down and put more soil on top for no chance of any animal getting anything from it
Queria entender, como que o dono desse animal, deixa chegar nesse ponto?
Darigold: Introducing our new aged butter cream 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Hope the cow's alright,❤ couldn't imagine having to cñean that up
That cow must’ve felt so relieved, the pressure of that has to hurt badly
Why keep it that long like that
Milk?
Geez how did it get that bad before this?
Farting out one's neck is a skill! 😂
Poor baby I hope he is doing better
🤢🤢 Still gonna watch it 3 times! 😆😆😆😆 Aaaaaah relief. Must have been intense pressure.
Im not criticizing the owners because i dont know amything about taking care of these animals, but how does it get to the point where it is that big?
Some cattle are in remote areas on very large free ranges and are not checked everyday. This was most likely an infected vaccination site that was drained once noticed and transported to the nearest barn/holding facility. Hence the rudimentary approach but antibiotics/analgesia were provided.
Did he say "Sorry Boy!". So this here is a young Bull, right?
Aaaaw, sweet cowyy 🥺
I’ll never eat yogurt again 😂😂
how long does it take for it to get that big ? 😞 poor cow i bet they felt way better after this ❤
Depends, sometimes they can go from a small pimple to a massive swelling. Cows aren't the cleanest animals either so that one likely blew up in a matter of days while probably being in a part of the property that they didn't see her in. There's the other matter of herding a cow like this, must have been a lot to get her in the crutch like that.
What's a vaccine abscess?
The animal had a bad reaction to a shot, or the shot was improperly administered and the injection site became infected
Awww poor baby!🐄🥺😢🥺😢 it’s gonna be alright!🥺🥺🥺
Now, what can cause this with cattle?
Filthy conditions. They get a tiny nick and bacteria infects it and it becomes inflamed. It heats up and the puss is the animals natural defences to kill the bacteria. The stronger the bacteria the more puss to counteract it..
What on Earth causes something that size
That must have felt amazing after the fact, in the moment it must have hurt like all hell!
how the cow get in this position ?!! with the head out of the cage !?
It's called a crush. They go in the back end and close it behind them so hooves, medical and etc can be done safely. Then it opens on the front end and they walk right out of it. There are sophisticated ones that have belts that safely lift the cow off its feet for hoof maintenance.
Oh, so that's where the ice cream used in ice cream sandwiches comes from.
That way it won't melt in the low temperature ovens.
Poor cow😢😢
Don't know about the cow but I feel much better after that. Holy cow! The pressure!
Why was it allowed to get that huge before treatment was administered?
This heifer was in a very remote location before being moved to this barn for treatment
seriously is this real
Why was it aloud to get this big!?
Why do you wait until its so large and jncomfortable for this animal?
some animals are not seen every day in remote areas and can develop infections like this rapidly. Medications and antibiotics were provided to this heifer.
I don't think milk is supposed to come from there
Why they let it get so big
How did it smell?
In that quantity I would imagine pretty foul. Think infected toe jam, about a gallon and juicy.
You know it had to smell worse than a month old Taco Bell fermenting inside a car. XD
Its not even cleaned out???
Mom? Why does the Milk taste so different?
Forbidden milk 🥛
Ya I heard of this
gosh, not tryna gross anyone out but can u imagine the pain you'd go through carrying a very big lump on your neck like that?!
GOD BLESS EVERYONE KEEP EVERYONE HAPPY, HEALTHY AND SAFE 🙏🏼
The forbidden Milk
Cows are tough animals
The forbidden oat meal
Poor cow. That couldn't possibly be an overnight infection, why did it take so long to get help? Pretty brutal in a way, I realize it's an animal; however, they are still able to feel pain and need a little gentleness??? ❤
I can't believe that thing is still alive
You need to finish what you start
The forbiden milk
What took so long to notice that.
Took milking a cow to a whole other level
So THATS where milk shakes come from
Was that a box cutter? 😲😲😲
He milked the hell out of that cow
The smell the smell the smell
Soooooo that’s enough UA-cam for today…….
I'm gonna vomit if it keeps getting grossier
So this is where no dairy milk come from
I don't think this is the right way to milk a cow.

Me, unknowingly drinks the forbidden milk
Nice box cutter vet
Poor cow jesus, wth did you wait til it got that big jesus
So that's where milk comes from.
Why not get a vet?
why go to a vet when this works
that's cheese right there
Yes kids. Cows make milk. No. That is not where it comes from.
I thought the milk came out the other end
I hope she had anesthesia !
😋
Poor baby cow. I wish they were a little more tender with her.
Wouldnae want that milk in my cup of tea 😂
That is where milk comes from
I know it felt better.

The smell must be horrible
A very good man.....
Imagine the smell👀
A box cutter????? 😢
Got milk?
Forbidden milk
What's hilarious about the comments here is the people attempting to empathize with cow....
is this freaking real?????????
Yea mane. Think about it like this, big animal big pimple. This was a cyst like humans get but it was pretty big for a cow. This is pretty easily avoidable. Gotta handle when they are small with a lancing tool, numbing spray, stitches. Gunna have cows gotta have a vet on call. This will get infected and come back sack of the cyst is still in there.
@@jimmyhoffa2399 thank you ! It’s still so hard to believe! Never in life seen something like that , what gets me if it’s infection how is the cow even living ? lol again i’m not a veterinarian lol
