There are a lot of things these people know about one another they don't say.

Yes Teresa had major flaws but she's human like the rest of us she made major mistakes but she also Is a great mother and bounced back for all the hell she was going through and who knows what she was dealing with before the show. She lives in new Jersey for gods sake that place is not rough but sharp around the edges and she propelled and prospered through all of it, her mom would love her no matter how people portray her and that's what matters most, we all have parents or loved ones who love us no matter what let's not forget this. I'm no groupie I just love authenticity and I love a strong person who can smile whilst being attacked at every angle.

Not only is that a low blow (regardless whether true or not), for Italians disrespecting the dead that way is culturally taboo, hence their anger.
To me, this was the best reunion series, season 4, because it had so much heart, drama, and overall involvement with either delusion and/or betrayal and the cast was great.
