It's pretty sad that Teresa can't see that she is the cause of all of their problems. She's just jealous of everybody who is more successful at life and everything else that they do. Caroline admitted in an interview the other day that the reason why Teresa was pissed off at her is because "she didn't have her back" with her family while Caroline was on the show. Teresa can't stand it when somebody goes against the puppet master.

Penny's conversation with Teresa was so chopped up by the producers, she never truly blamed Teresa, but the producers were trying their best to makes Teresa the villan for 3 seasons.

#1 - Watching this back it becomes so blatantly obvious how Caroline, Melissa & Kathy were working together to make every last problem the earth has ever known Teresa's fault. They threw anything at the wall & most of it stuck because Teresa is her own worst enemy. But IMO the others were so much worse because they were highly manipulative & very involved in the backstage machinations, all while proclaiming to be the realest, most unaffected, reluctant reality stars.
#2 - What ever casting director continued on with the hiring process for Kathy Wakile after meeting her husband Rich should have been immediately fired. What ever executive then kept them on for three seasons should never work in tv again. It's almost painful to watch Kathy & Rich so desperately try to be involved in everything when not a single one of the others gives a shit about them
#3 - Why are the Manzo children always hanging just outside whatever party is being filmed, in their sweat pants, just waiting to run in...if that doesn't show you how much Caroline & her brood preplanned shit then nothing will
