All this Knowledge just to Replicate what Launcher and Venomshank can do? All in honest it's still great to have a way to "Kindly Asked" You Cruel King Summon to Use the move you need them to use.
Imma test it out myself just in case. I'll consider this true if i can get trought 5 battles with only scepter strikes. Can't really Say if it works or not. Sometimes i can get like 5 Strikes in a row and sometimes i only get 1
i mean you technically can but they'd die before you stunlock them given enemies that are strong enough to survive cruel king's attacks are also straight up resistant or even imnune to freeze
