I returned it for the g14 w/ 4080 and it was a beast for the size but did get a little toasty. I wouldn't recommend the 4070, if you can find it. As well, apparently the mini-led version is not as good as the flow or M16. Good comparison - thanks. I have G14 from 2021 because I'm on the go so much. With that in mind the OLED screen on the Legion would probaby give me problems, as I can't always control the lighting environment when I'm out and about. Otherwise, the Legion looks good. One thing to keep in mind is that it is very easy these days for G14 owners to lower the wattage going into the CPU.
Lowering the wattage to CPU will shift it to GPU right? And does the higher frequency ram in Legion also plays a role in it giving better FPS in games?
@@TechGuyBeauthe one question I’d have is the legion has a higher native res. So how much of a difference does that make if you’re aiming to play native res on both? A lengthier video with gaming comparison across max native res would be interesting.
What specs? Best buy has the G14 with the amd ryzen 7 7735hs with rtx 4050 for $899 But I'm trying to find the 4060 with 7840hs, but they don't have any online, I'll be going in store tomorrow to see what they have.

@Bluejay575 That would be a good deal! I actually found an Asus A16 AMD Advantage with the Ryzen 7 7735HS and RX7700S (8gb 140w) with 16gb ram and 512gb ssd, and 1200p screen for $849.99 brand new in store at Best Buy. It was actually the last one in stock, not even 2 days after I bought it. They went back up in price to $1299.99 (Amazon $1499.99) But I'm happy with it! It's a beast of a laptop! I just wish it had the 7840hs instead of the 7735hs... But both CPUs are great and perform well!
Very nice and informative comparison. I would love to also see a battery life test, but I can already surmise a conclusion from the specs alone. I'm going to upgrade for a Legion very soon. The better cooling solution on a stock solution and better screen is such a huge deal maker for me. My use case won't require more than 16 GB of RAM since at most I'll be doing some light virtual machining for work, but 50 USD for 16GB 6800MT RAM is a steal when a Crucial 16 GB 4800MT costs 41 USD on Amazon.
Received my legion yesterday. Not gonna lie it’s a great laptop. Played forza 5 at max and it worked great. Kind of buggy with the screen but I guess it’s the adaptive refresh rate feature. Battery not too bad. Coming from Mac expectations high but it does the job. Overall a decent package. Glossy kinda annoying but you get use to it. Overall not bad. Did consider returning it but this is the best bang for buck option so I’ll probably keep it.
depends how you define shit. coming from mac, i think it has respectable battery life ofc as long as your not maxing everything and using accordingly.@@joemamabidendementia
Seems like Lenovo has a lot better out of the box experience, but I cant understand why they dont offere the 7940hs with 32GB RAM. As for the G14, its saving grace is that the the 7940hs and 4060 are both unlocked for undervolting and it has amazing community of people making apps and tutorials for it. Ive seen a lot of people on reddit get amazing temps and performance after some tinkering (windows reinstall, g-helper, undervolt, ...). Ill probably get the G14 since it comes with the 600 nit mini-led display here on the 4060 version, but Im waiting for it to go on sale.
Jarrod said in his video the mini-LED screen is only available for the 4090 version. But could be region dependent. I would ask before buying, even listings can have it wrong
I feel like the Lenovo strikes the perfect balance of all things that make a good gaming laptop in a 14 inch chassis. I bought one as an upgrade from my G14 2020 model with the 2060. I definitely appreciate my hands not getting burned by the keyboard deck.
Happy Friday! As someone who has been debating between these exact two laptops, I thank you! 😅 The QHD 4060 G14 price just dropped to 1199 usd where I am, but I think I’m still going for that sweet sweet Lenovo OLED😂
The only problem I have with the legion go is that the maximum GPU config is a RTX 4060. I have the 4080 G14, and that extra power really comes in handy for running Cities: skylines 2 at 1600p.
I got my G14 2023 for 871$ US open-box and for that kind of money it's a beast. I never would have payed full price of 1,600$ here in US. But if I had a full price budget definitely the Lenovo is the best option. But for the deal I got, the G14 is a monster!
good catch, luckily its not a dealbreaker for me, since its cheaper i'll be able to get a monitor with gsync and then have the 14" portability when i need it
I ordered a Legion and should arrive next week. The reasons why I picked it, better cooling, HDMI 2.1, dual nvme as I need to also run Linux, and the Oled. Plus it is cheaper, it is a killer laptop. Great comparison.
Great review. I saw someone comparing these and said the g14 was better but the g14 varient he was talking about was 3300 dollar version woth the rtx 4090 and the nebula mini led. Lol like thats even remotely a fair comparrison. Who would spend 3400 on a g14 when for that type of money you can get the scar 16 or 18 or pretty much any laptop in 2023. Your comparrison is far more honest and far better. Thankyou.
Hello! The Discord link isn't working for me, but I wanted to let you know that I really enjoy your videos! I just purchased the Lenovo Legion 5 Slim, and I can't wait to get my hands on it. :D
Amazing comparison video. I'm in Canada as well and have been going back and forth between the Asus g14 4080 and the Zenbook 14 pro oled with a 4070. Both had discounts at some point with the Zenbook at $2500 and the g14 at $3000. The Zenbook 14 pro in Canada has no touch screen which sucks. May consider the Lenovo but not a fan of the design personally and the soldiered ram/ only going upto a 4060 is annoying.
Spending 1500:2000 $ more to upgrade to a higher end GPU (ON A LAPTOP) is not wise my friend. Most people buy 4060 for a reason. Most companies put sales on 4060 laptops for a reason. It's the sweetspot and if u think about it its powerful enough to play 99% of games at ultra with 100+ FPS What more could one possibly need! 4070 has the same vram (8Gb) and is only 10 or 15 % more powerful than 4060 and the same goes to 4080 compared to 4070 The percentage is even less when put in 14 inch laptops like the ones in the video
Very good video and comparison. I'd emphasize that for me the ability to upgrade ram and having the better CPU on the G14 made a big difference. While it is a gaming laptop and I plan to do a lot of that on it. It's nice to have that processing power in performance mode that allows me to throw anything at it without any problems. Not sure why your fans are running on silent mode on the G14, the G14 for me shuts off the fans and I don't hear them for the rest of the time I use it, unless I play a game, but realistically when are you going to play a game in silent mode? Most of the time will be performance or Turbo. I actually got the G14 on a HUGE sale in Dec. Got it for $1030 after tax. I added a 2TB Samsung 990 Pro nvme and another 16G Corsair RAM which were also on sale. This thing screams. So far best laptop i've owned. Spent total $1263 to end up with a 14" laptop with Ryzen 9 7940HS, RTX 4060 8GB, 32GB Ram and 2TB nvme laptop.
Thanks for sharing I just purchased the same bestbuy had it open box for $950usd after tax I think I'll go on Amazon and get a 4tb for $250. Do you think I can add a single 32 or 24 ram to it
@@arthursutton2492 I was able to add 32G afterwards to make it 48G and it ran fine. Probably overkill at that point. Also, you may want to check if it will support the 4TB. I ran some ASUS Motherboards with extra slots for nvme, they only support 2TB on each individual slot. It sounds strange and not sure why, but I read that on other reviews. Also found out that although bestbuy reps will tell you, and even their websites says so. Asus will only give you 90 days warranty on open box items. Just in case you did not know.
Yeah, these G14 deals are amazing lately. When Best Buy put the 2023 on sale for $1000 USD this week, I found an open box deal locally for $800 (!!!). Not gonna complain about 50% off MSRP.
Amazing comparison! Thanks for the analysis! How about VRR - Does that matter really matter and make a difference - Since Legion does not support Free sync while G14 does
I'm on my second G14, had the Ryzen5000 series with RTX3060, and now on the Ryzen6000 with RX6800S. I'm interested in the Legion, but I take issue with the lack of USB4. Also, I hear the deck is plastic - the track pad too? The thing the the Zephyrus is it feels like a quality laptop, but Lenovo seem to be targeting the lower end with the 5 Slim.
The trackpad is quite nice actually. I’ll tell you one thing, the legion 5 slim 14” is definitely more premium than the g14. It’s my second favourite of ALL legions for 2023. Asus needs to bring their A game next year, as the g14 lineup was nearly invalidated by Lenovo with this launch. I hope this sparks more competition :)
@@TechGuyBeau 2nd favorite after what?)) Slim 7 AMD 2023? and how do you live with that 3,2 K IPS? instead of OLED nowadays? thank you in advance.... i am stuck between two of those at the moment
Got the exact same specs Legion for 500€ less then the G14. Using it for 1 month now and it's all I wanted it to be. The perfect laptop for my needs at a reasonable price.
it was manufactured not only for annoying some sort of people but also for better cooling as well = performing, device longevity and more comfortable using without getting hurt from hot frame. The stylish design of zephyrus series is also my cup of tea, frankly, at the same time, it is rather flawed from engineering point of view cause the fans blowing all the heat out towards on the screen (wtf!? display is definitely doomed) or on the table downwards, dont have a proper air circulation (the G of 2024 revision, verryyyyyy hot sweeties).
@@rodrigoziggsgg Do you not see that big bezel on the bottom, the fans are not hitting the screen directly. Even if it was, fans and OLED panels have not been a big concern. This has less to do with panels and more with design choices. That are ugly.
So I just tested both the G14 and Slim 14, and both have problems. The fan curves are bad for both laptops with the minimum ~2100rpm, but the Asus has the G Helper 3rd party app which can turn off one of the fans (GPU). The Legion ToolKit for the Skim 5 doesn't allow that so it's a lil louder, even though it's way cooler running. USB C PD sucks on both, the G14 has no pass through and can only charge the battery and not power directly. The Slim 5 limits GPU TGP to ONLY 30W!! In battery power it goes up to 45W. I ordered the 140W lenovo usb c as a work around and some USB C to DC adapters to test a workaround. Both suffer from poor fan curves overall with a lack of settings for under 2000RPM, and limitations with USB C. Shame.
@@mattiasantin439 Yea, the lenovo charger works fine, much higher limits. Also bought a usb-c to lenovo plug 100w adapter that does a good job of tricking the BIOS to derestrict the GPU.
The Lenovo OLED lacks Gsynch... So wouldn't you have to expect tearing if you can't hit a constant 120fps on this 120hz screen? Other reviews mention this as a flaw.
Hi Tech Guy. Great review. Thank you. I just received one myself. Legion Slim 5 Gen 8 AMD 14" RTX 4060 32gig 1tb. I find I have a whistling fan noise at low RPM's kind of like a small baby jet engine. Did you find that was the case with your review laptop. Thank you.
I know it's possible to install a 48GB Ram stick on the G14 and get a total of 64GB with an extra soldered 16GB. Isn't that volume of RAM works better than the extra speed of the Legion?
the issue is the g14 can only run quad channel ram up to 32gb (since 16gb on board) and the ram runs much slower than the legion so for me, get the legion with 32gb of ram. Then you get lots of fast quad channel memory, and you also get dual storage
16gb might be a good option if you aren't planning to keep the laptop more than two three years. All depends how much RAM you really need. Just pick the 32gb version
Here in Germany the G14 with the 4050 spec costs about 2,099 EUR when not on sale... the Legion "14 costs way less and offers so much more value. Even if the screen on this thing burns within 2-3 years it would be a no-brainer to just get the screen replaced for less than a hundred euros.
Here in France the prices are the same, impossible to buy a G14, so i think im going to buy the legion with 4060. Also i rarely see the g14 on sale, Just one time this year It was 1300 euros for the 6800S version
Hey Tech Guy Beau. I've been waiting for your vivobook 16 pro review! and I saw this deal today. how would you compare the Lenovo Legion 5 Slim vs the Asus Vivobook Pro 16? looking forward to your reply as I don't know which I would want to keep :)
….. it’s not comparable. I haven’t published my vivobook yet. But it gets best up by the legion pretty badly. It needs to be about 30% cheaper to be a real competitor
@@TechGuyBeau ohh I'm not an expert but I read the spec sheets and I thought the specs were pretty similar. The Open Box Asus was 1600$+tax while the Legion Slim 5 is 200$ cheaper after taxes with Rakuten and my student discount. I do CAD modelling and I might/might not get into photography.
I pulled the trigger on the Legion Slim 5 14. And I'm impressed so far. Seeing that a similarly speced G14 is not only more expensive, but slower in alot of categories is rather interesting to see. I'm glad the faster Ram on the Legion makes up for not being able to have 32gb of Ram with the 7940HS CPU. And the G14 has a 240w power brick compared to the 170w on the Legion. So Lenovo did a much better job with this machine since it seems Asus just throws more watts at the solution instead of trying to optimize it. This is replacing my late Legion 7 with RTX 3080 and 5900X. And while the graphics card is a bit slower the overall experience is negligible. Plus the Slim 5 is so much lighter. It's crazy how powerful it is for the size.
I got Lenovo Legion 5 slim 14, but with 16 gb ram... Sadly at that moment in Norway nothing sells more than 16 gb (at whole country...). Next will buy asus maybe with 5070 to 5090.
To get the 140W USB-C speed, you'll have to buy lenovo's own charger. It doesn't support PD3. And make sure it's connected to the correct port (think it's the one towards the back)
I just got rhe G14 and 2 things will force me to get the slim 5 instead. 1.) No USB-C pass through (the battery constantly charges and discharges). This laptop is intended to use the main charger only, which is horrible for travel. 2.) With undervolt the temperatures stay at 60C while gaming with the lowest fan speeds, which is great, BUT THE LOWEST FAN SPEED IS 2000 RPM and it's always audible, even with light work like browsing. OFF or 2000RPM. Unacceptable compromises for what is otherwise a good laptop.
hi, i'm looking for a windows equivalent of a MacBook Pro 14'' M2 Pro, main use is video editing, no gaming at all, just for professional use; would you suggest one of this laptops as an alternative? are there any other 14" laptops that can be better? thank you
This will easily outperform a MacBook, but they are much more powerful and power hungry. The legion on I gpu mode still lasts about 8-10 hours battery. But you won’t be getting 15-16 hours Mac OS hours
@@TechGuyBeau are there any other 14" alternatives that are around the same level of a M2 pro? Maybe with more battery life. I've heard of Dell XPS, or Lenovo Thinkpad, are those good? Thank you so much
Ryzen 5 vs Ryzen 9? The g14 has ryzen 9, the legion 5 has ryzen 5....g14 has better native resolution at 2560x1600, although if it's OLED vs non, of course OLED is gonna win
Unfortunately I don’t have the 7i anymore, but here is the difference Amd will have better battery life. By about 20-30% Amd will run cooler Intel will have slightly better benchmark scores. Gaming performance is identical. Really I’d say that’s about it. Otherwise they were pretty much the same :)
@@TechGuyBeau makes sense, thing is I ordered the 14 inch slim 5 first, but cancelled it to get the 16 inch slim 7 amd version, might be a selfish request, but the slim 7 vs slim 5 14 would be interesting to see as well, since the 14 inch is closer to the slim 7 design than the new slim 5
I managed to get an open box excellent condition of the Lenovo from Best Buy for $900... what a steal. I think the previous owner opened the box and returned it immediately.
With the legion you can buy the legion C135 or legion C140 weight less than 300g for portability, it's also pretty cheap about 30$, but it might be difference depending on your location
I don't understand why Lenovo still isn't offering a 2-in-1 convertible option in the Legion line-up! It'd be best to make it only in the 14 inch versions IMO. As of now only ASUS ROG flow X13 is a proper high performance 2 in 1 laptop with a dGPU, but it's 2023 and we NEED more options in the "2 in 1 high performance laptop" segment!! (for clarity, I mean a 2 in 1 touchscreen laptop with dedicated GPU that can be rotated 360° amd be used as a tablet too) P. S. I'd need that for engineering. Productivity + dGPU for solidworks/CAD would've been a killer conbo!
This video was helpful but the ram config on this one in Best Buy really kills the slim 5 for me. The Best Buy config goes on sale regularly but the Lenovo website doesn't have good deals with 32 gigs of ram. 16 gigs of ram isn't going to be enough in the future. I would rather take the g14 and just upgrade with more ram, a micro sd card, and a cooling pad to solve most the issues for me. I am most likely going to buy the g14.
I bought g14 first but the temperatures and fan noise made me return it. Then I got legion 14 but it's screen would flicker when on iGPU mode. And running dGPU all the time would mean battery life was only 3 hrs. So I will return that too. Kind of disappointed with both tbh lol. Onto the macbooks now (m3 pro).
DDR5 already runs at dual channel and adding another stick makes it quad channel. Also in my region the slim 14 does not have an option for 32gb of ram and is much more expensive
I'm planning to get a Zephyrus G14 but I will be using it only for productivity/work using it unplugged. What do you guys think? Is it okay to get one or should I just get a MacBook (which I'm new to the OS lol)
I mean… very different. The Mac will offer better battery but that’s about it. I’d still say the g14 if you want to be comfortable in your OS. You can make quite a few tweaks to have it only sip power and get 6-10 hours
I had the Lenovo Legion Slim 5 14-inch less than 6 months before motherboard failed. Lenovo replaced motherboard and reinstalled OS. When tryin g to setup OS during initialization it immediately started freezing and rebooting. Spent hours with tech support as bought highest level of support from Lenovo. Now they are shipping parts for tech to come out to house and work on. The laptop is a nightmare and Lenovo didn't even check to make sure laptop worked before shipping back to me first time. Now down for a month. Would not recommend this laptop even thought appears to be a good price.
Great video man. It's clear that the Legion is the more powerful machine here despite having an inferior CPU and lower TDP GPU. I am just a little confused how does the Legion perform better in games when the TDP is lower. I did see the power delivery portion and the GPU in G14 essentially gets lower power than the Legion, then the GPU TDP is of no real concern as it doesn't tell the actual wattage being delivered to the GPU? As far as the cooling and throttling, I get the cooling solution on Legion is better but shouldn't the performance on G14 be better the only difference being that it runs hotter than legion? Would really appreciate if you can shed some light on my understanding here.
You are much more likely to be GPU limited than limited by the CPU. so the g14 dumping loads of unneeded power into the cpu hits cases heat (thus throttling). The legion supply’s enough cpu wattage but then puts the rest to gpu, or just supplies less overall if uneeded. Lower temps means better performance if you are facing throttling
Basically the same laptop. I’ll break it down Differences: - slim 7 metal keyboard deck. Less flex - slim 7!100% metal chassis, versus some plastic on the 14” - 2 screens (1600p vs 3.2) on 7 instead one one OLED a 1800p. My take is OLED > 3.2k > 1600p - slim 5 is soldered ram. So get 32gb. Slim 7 is 16gb soldered and a free slot (so buy a 16gb stick) -slim 7 has better speakers - slim 7 has 20-25% more battery - slim 7 has a numpad - slim 5 is lighter and more portable - slim 7 has a usb 4 port Same things: - performance is the same. Truly - cooling is the same - keyboards and trackpad are about the same - same software My take: Want more portable. Get the 5. Want bigger screen get the 7. They are both absolutely great laptops
Lenovo wider in for a 14 inch...more hassle for a bagpack...thats the whole reason to get a 14 inch laptop...i think its a trade off of performance for that much better portablity

I wonder now how does the slim 5 compare to the Lenovo slim 7 pro I bought mine 3 months ago and I hate the screen it’s just so dim it’s not bright at all 350 nits on max brightness is just ridiculous.
Lpddr5 has less bandwith than regular ddr5 ram at the same speed due to lower wattage. So the fact that it runs at a higher clock speed just means it can run as fast as ddr5, not faster.

@@alohamora4241it’s been a month. Hope you got your computer. I also got one recently and I couldn’t be happier with it.
I got the 2021 G14 as well 🙌🏻, got it on an open box BestBuy sale for $600, this thing is a tiny beast

I am still using and love my R9, 2060 G14: great machine! The only thing I worry about is that there is only 6 gigs of V-ram.
Use it until you can’t anymore. Still a powerful gpu
Legion 5 14" does not have adaptive refresh rate. It doesn't have GSync and Freesync doesn't seem to work on it.

@miscwork-qb7pd yea, I already asked. Seems like mini LED + 4060 is only available in Sweden, Denmark and Norway
Can the newer 2023 g14 be undervolted? I’m hearing that they can’t??
You need to remove armoury create and move to ghelper for a better comparison on temperatures, can reduce em by 10-15 degrees!
I feel like the Lenovo strikes the perfect balance of all things that make a good gaming laptop in a 14 inch chassis.
I bought one as an upgrade from my G14 2020 model with the 2060. I definitely appreciate my hands not getting burned by the keyboard deck.

I have a zenbook on my desk… trust me get the g14
@exzo7735 better cooling. Better performance. Upgradeable ram. Although it’s thicker
@exzo7735the g14 runs hot but zenbook runs even hotter under constant heavy load. (I’m assuming you mean gaming right?)
Spending 1500:2000 $ more to upgrade to a higher end GPU (ON A LAPTOP) is not wise my friend.
Most people buy 4060 for a reason.
Most companies put sales on 4060 laptops for a reason.
It's the sweetspot and if u think about it its powerful enough to play 99% of games at ultra with 100+ FPS
What more could one possibly need!
4070 has the same vram (8Gb) and is only 10 or 15 % more powerful than 4060 and the same goes to 4080 compared to 4070
The percentage is even less when put in 14 inch laptops like the ones in the video
Thanks for the comparison! I ordered today Lenovo Legion Slim 5 14 👍🏻
Hell yeah
@arthursutton2492 yes, although officially only supports another 16g, it can handle the 16g soldered +32g configuration.

I used to care about it, but it may be the diference between a hotter or cooler laptop, plus all the I/O that can be placed in the back.
it was manufactured not only for annoying some sort of people but also for better cooling as well = performing, device longevity and more comfortable using without getting hurt from hot frame.
Yeah and you rather have the laptop heat exhaust pointed to your oled screen like on the asus genius

G14 or legion?
@@TechGuyBeau legion
Shame.

Lenovo has faster ram and apparently more cooling.
Do the fans kick on when doing tasks like browsing and video calls on the legion slim 5? If they do, do they get in the way when in a meeting?
They barely turn up when GAMING in silent mode. When doing daily tasks they are simply off

What about the difference in battery life?
does the slim 5 suffer from the same microstuttering problem the 7 series has
OLED with a 10bit color depth at 120frames per second!
G helper on the g14 makes it worth for me
Which CPU do you recommend for the legion?
7840hs so that you can get 32gb of ram
@@beau-urns Oh only the 7840 has 32gb ram? In that case I’ll definitely get that one. Thanks for the information, I appreciate it!
I would love a Slim 7 gen 8 (amd) vs Slim 5 14 inch comparison
Basically the same laptop. I’ll break it down
Differences:
- slim 7 metal keyboard deck. Less flex
- slim 7!100% metal chassis, versus some plastic on the 14”
- 2 screens (1600p vs 3.2) on 7 instead one one OLED a 1800p. My take is OLED > 3.2k > 1600p
- slim 5 is soldered ram. So get 32gb. Slim 7 is 16gb soldered and a free slot (so buy a 16gb stick)
-slim 7 has better speakers
- slim 7 has 20-25% more battery
- slim 7 has a numpad
- slim 5 is lighter and more portable
- slim 7 has a usb 4 port
Same things:
- performance is the same. Truly
- cooling is the same
- keyboards and trackpad are about the same
- same software
My take:
Want more portable. Get the 5. Want bigger screen get the 7. They are both absolutely great laptops
Legión took over because of better upgrades and oled at a better cost, not mention better thermal. G14 doesn’t seem better price for performance
Watching this on my Legion 5 Slim
Yeah you are 💪
Lenovo wider in for a 14 inch...more hassle for a bagpack...thats the whole reason to get a 14 inch laptop...i think its a trade off of performance for that much better portablity
how these compered with Lenovo Yoga Pro 9 14IRP8 14" 165Hz
Hello, I bought a Lenovo Legion 7 Slim and the battery lasts about 3-4 hours watching UA-cam videos, when it should be about 8-10 hours, I have already removed the background applications, adjusted the Windows settings and installed the drivers, do you know why this can happen?
You should have it running on igpu only mode and quiet mode for the best battery life possible
Is this slim 5 14 inch can only select iGPU for run?
I wonder now how does the slim 5 compare to the Lenovo slim 7 pro I bought mine 3 months ago and I hate the screen it’s just so dim it’s not bright at all 350 nits on max brightness is just ridiculous.
Damn and I’m chilling with a Acer predator triton 300se with a i7 rtx 3060 with 165hz 14” 16gb ram 512 storage lol. Its a beast tho
imagine how good the next iteration of this 14 inch lenovo would be!
Lpddr5 has less bandwith than regular ddr5 ram at the same speed due to lower wattage. So the fact that it runs at a higher clock speed just means it can run as fast as ddr5, not faster.
G14 is not plastic!! magnesium alloy chassis with protective coating that makes it feel "plasticy"
How does one get these fables Lenovo coupons that keep get mentioned everywhere?
Try edge browser. It will automatically provide you some
@@TechGuyBeau cheers!
here in malaysia the slim is a solid $400 usd cheaper than the g14 (both 4060s) so its become a no brainer
And better cpu. And better screen. And vantage software has a feature to conserve battery longevity
Isn't the legion running 100°c on the multicore cinebench test?
Not on average no. But also Cinebench is supposed to nuke a cpu. But the average is actually lower on the legion
@@TechGuyBeau I see, thanks!
cant find 32gb ram 14" I think its discontinued
