I've been using this for the past 18 months. 75ml to about 1.1L water in my 1.2L foam gun bottle which is enough for two passes. First pass is a prewash followed by a thorough pressure rinse. Second pass is to lay a thick blanket of foam for a direct contact wash using a noodle sponge or mitt instead of the two bucket method. Only one bucket of water is needed to rinse the mitt if it get dirty. I follow that with a second pressure washer rinse. My (protected) paint is squeaky clean afterwards. If your paint is not protected, simply spray a 50% solution of Sonax's Brilliant Shine Detailer before drying the car and that will give you plenty of protection between washes for next to no effort.

Your washing method is spot on in my opinion, especially on a protected paintwork it can work like a treat. Also I like to see you implemented the one bucket method, as well as the whole
procedure makes perfect sense all together. Thanks for sharing 🙌 Happy Cleaning 🔥

Thank you 🙌 It’s a good shampoo for its value. Has its limitations and certainly not a pre wash snow foam, but great to use for contact wash either from a bucket or applied via foam lance.

Another great video! Came across your channel from listening to the oioi podcast.
    Very informative review as always!
I would really like to try out the stjarnagloss range. From hearing you all speak so highly of the range in the recent podcast, I’d like to try sno!
Congrats on the 1k subs, well earned 👍🏼

Thank you for your feedback Jack 🙌 I appreciate you’re being here.
I recently tried a few Stjärnagloss products, and I found that they are rather good and do what they say on the label, have amazing scents and user friendly manner. All in all, I recommend them highly.
Snö is one of the best snowfoam in terms of user experience and density, here is my thoughts in this video:

Thanks for tuning in Craig 🙌 Sonax has different ranges available for different audience. This more or less falls in to the “hobbyists” rather than more advanced users. But overall it’s a great shampoo, the scent is really really nice.
Good luck for the draw Craig 🍀

Sonax makes some great products but the big bottle shampoo's are not strong enough for me personally, I see them more as maitenance shampoo's for well kept cars with a good layer of protection on them.

Tend to use a lot of Autobrite Magnafoam but finding GT snow foam working well , I was going to ask have you tried it as a foam on a treated car over a non treated one ? With how quickly it seems to clear panels it must fly off a coated one ? But looks a OK shampoo , not convinced its for me mind . Happy Cleaning though

    • @RoadToDetailing
      @RoadToDetailing  2 роки тому

Hi Andy! I haven’t tried it on coated / protected car yet. But I assume it would fly off quicker, so not sure it’s wort it as a pre clean foam. It has okay bite as a shampoo, but felt too week to use as a pre wash. As a shampoo, it’s a good one. The dilution is weaker than the more premium shampoos on the market. But I felt this is good as a shampoo, in fact, very enjoyable to use, so I’m sure I will use it again. GT’s Snow foam looks promising, but I haven’t had the chance to get my hands on it. Hopefully soon. Good luck for the draw 🍀

@@RoadToDetailing Ive used Revive on my sons earlier and it shifted the layer of dust but again didnt stick on long but as a shampoo its fudging epic . I needed to put a bottle of snow foam in as his cars at his grandads whilst he gets over a spinal op . Just sitting there under a car port gathering dust . Im not allowed to swap it for mine something about your 52 not 22 so stop being a boy racer in it or something

Yay Nick! Yeti Perl is indeed great, I like it very much, also! 🔥
Sonax has different lines available, this is more likely to a hobbiest, while their "pro" line is quite outstanding.
      Good luck Nick 🙌
