Hi❤❤❤we have a 17ft(they call it a 20ft due to the tongue) Taylor Coach!!! We got the same tow mirrors, they are great! We can run our ac on 15amp, 11,500btu. We just moved to Empress Alberta, and we are a Boondockers Welcome Host. Got lots of room for visitors, hint hint😂 Bolers are pretty cool, and love the new curtains/cushions! OMG!! You love Tillimook icecream almost as much as my hubby!!!! Back in 2019, we did a 33 state tour, and we started down hwy101, found Tillamook Creamery, and I had to listen to hubby for 31 US states, compare all icecream to Tillamook ice cream😂🍦🍧🍨 and we stopped again and filled our freezer with TILLAMOOK ICE CREAM😆😆😆😆 Nice that you can park your trailer in your driveway👍🏼we r prob 3300lbs going down the road, including 36gallons of water and a 3300watt genny(which we have not really used except to help somebody whose slideout needed power to go back in), last year we did 33,000kms!

I am a little sad that with Bella's small fridge/freezer we won't be able to load up on Tillamook ice cream before coming home like we used too.

I always loaded up in Spokane when we came home that way. Not sure if any store in Shelby,MT would gave it or if you would need to go all the way to Great Falls.

Reminds me of my parents trailer days back in the sixties and seventies ☺

I was going to talk about this in an upcoming video, but you are so right. Camping in this trailer connects me to camping trips with my folks in a way I never thought I could experience. It takes me right back to my childhood. I know Emily has said that she feels like camping is fun again and she wants to go more often again. Even though everything is so manual, it feels so much easier. Even a short two-night trip feels like a true getaway.

When you remove the furnace, repurpose that vent door for stashing a 12 volt tire inflator

They have built in gage, led light . . . Also put a label on the inside of the new door with the inflation range

I doubt we'll be replacing the furnace anytime soon, but that is a neat idea.

Although the solar panel has added holes, I prefer them over the flexible panels. The rigid style are a little more efficient because they allow air under them to help them run a little cooler and they last way longer than the flexible. The flexible panels are also known to damage fiberglass gelcoat from the heat they absorb. I have a 190W portable panel but it's heavy and a bit of a pain to carry. I eventually will instal a rigid panel on our Escape.

Those are good points. As long as I stay vigilant about checking the seal, it should be good. First until I have owned with solar. Kind of funny, now that the furnace doesn't use power and we've swapped all the bulbs to LED, there is barely any battery draw in the trailer at the best of times.

You spoke earlier of packing back some ice cream and might use dry ice to keep it cold
    WARNING WILL ROBINSON, WARNING
there is a reason the airlines never put pets in same hold with dry ice 😢

True. The dry ice would be in the trailer whereas Mabel always rides with us in the truck. Never did try the ice routine and, sadly, Tillamook Ice Cream remains a "only while in the US" thing for us.
