Running Petalinux based linux system on Zedboard via jtag and SD card

Hello,
Thanks for the guide. I have 1 quick question.
Whenever I try to connect through jtag with putty, it says 'unable to open connection to /dev/ttyACM0: unable to open serial port'
How could this be resolved?

PS: I'm not using prebuilt, I'm using
petalinux-boot --jtag --fpga
petalinux-boot --jtag --kernel

Without boot.src on SD card will never boot....
