Wonderful discus tank. Malaysian blood line....Mark tan?. Are Rainbow's and Denison barbs compatible tankmates for discus..because they are fast swimmers and get to the foods much before discus do. Do discus actually eat tetras?
Nice. I just happened to see this also today. I have had several different rainbows sent to me and have seen deformities in the rear dorsal fins. Any thoughts on this? I thought it might be weak genetics but one group were a really new fish in the hobby?
Yes as you said maybe bad genetics and over breeding the same brothers and sisters together over and over but being a new fish to the hobby not sure . we're they wild caught and how many were deformed out of how many overall.......I got 18 quality goyger river from gerd bartz irg and all healthy....got ayamaru coming from Johannes graf soon aswell......I have bred rainbows for years and you always normally get the odd one with bent spine...my last batch I had 2 out of 30 with bent spine.......like in humans not everyone will be perfect.......have you get a abundance of deformities?.......
Hello... In the video there is about 4 or 5 different tanks.. The 8 foot tank has 2FX6... the 7ft has 1 fx6 the 450ltr cube has a internal box I built myself with a 10w powerhead and media inside....much cheaper to run than fx6...the archer tank has similar..
