Honestly I live in the SGV area and yup, most people suck at driving around here! The amount of times I've almost wrecked due to bad drivers is insane, stay safe out there man!
Great job and thank you for showing us the new v3. You sir have a new sub. Thank you for explaining in detail about the scooter and the other videos about it too. I wish others would explain things like you do. Again great job.
@sprz97 no problem. I get a lot of heat for it but i always mentioned is because i want people to see how these machines do with someone my size this way any viewer can get an idea of how it would work for them if they are close to my weight, and i see it was helpful, thats all that matters. 😁👍
@@THEAVERAGEGUY1983 yea for sure! It’s good that you don’t let the haters get to you. I just try to ignore people when they talk crap about my weight gain. Covid messed me up I’m ngl
@KingElfin me too. I got 18 miles! And the speed was pretty high up too. It didn't really slow down in top speed till the battery was moments away fro. Dying out. What an amazing little E bike lol! It left me surprised.
Great range test! That really was some good range given the speeds you were riding at. The fact that it’s seated means your center of gravity is way lower which means stability is way better compared to a standing scooter. I’m really impressed with that thing. Great job! For the relive app, that 16.7mph is your average speed which also factors in when you’re sitting at lights at 0 mph. They should really list average moving speed which removes the time at 0 mph.
@tomsgadgetgarage indeed. It kept its speed at the higher levels till it practically died. I was really impressed with it. I actually want one now lol. Borrowing it for a review was just a tease from VoroMotors, i think they knew i was gonna love this thing lol
Thanks for posting the range test. At least we now know that it doesn’t do the claimed 40 mile range. They even try to make you buy an extra battery for doubling the range. Sure, if the bike came with a rack to put the extra battery on. It’s a nice scooter but Voro has been misleading people for a while now. Their customer service mostly sucks too. They’re trained to dodge legit questions about known issues. I have the v2 and dealt with customer service on the phone. Super unhelpful and dismissive. It’s something people need to consider before buying something at this price point from this company.
Nice video! Definitely considering getting one of these with the pedal kit. Only problem is I'm running out of storage since I also want to do mid-drive ebike conversion.
@JPL_Rides hahaha, yeah man its a sweet little ride and feels so much more comfortable than the Roadrunner pro. The Pro is super heavy compared to the V3 and its top speed for the V3 was 34Mph for me, that surprised the hell put of me. It maintained it too for quite a while. But i would definitely get the pedal kit when it becomes available. I might actually get one later on.
Yup the downside of the V1 V2 and V3 and the Road Runner Pro is the definitely the battery capacity. I have the Road Runner Pro and it has the same issue the battery is simply not large enough for the power on tap out of the box. You can buy an extra extended range battery from Voro but I would have paid more for a larger battery. You can of corse extend the range by riding slower at say 20mph but no ones's buying these things to ride like that. Another issue with these little scooters is the ride height, even on the Road Runner Pro it still sits pretty low to the ground and I've had other drivers not see me. It's understandable though a lot of drivers are not expecting to see something so small and low so you end up being in a lot of driver's blind spots . These little scooters are fun don't get me wrong but they can be pretty dangerous.

At 8:46 you mention that this v3 is more stable than the RRP. Does that mean the RRP feels unstable to you? Or is it just that this v3 is next level? Just curious about ur thoughts
@sprz97 oh the V3 is pretty much next level. The front of the Roadrunner pro feels very heavy and making sharp turns on it isnt really possible, even without the speaker i have on mine, it feels heavy. But the V3 feels more stable in sharp cornering because of its lightweight frame. 😁👍
@@THEAVERAGEGUY1983 that’s interesting. I wonder if there’s a compromise. Like I wonder if the V3 would be less sturdy if it’s not as heavy due to the lighter frame. But I guess then again we’ve been seeing RRP‘s breakdown left and right. I wonder if there’s any way to improve the handling on the RRP

@joebogaski i can try but only if VoroMotors has one with the pedals already installed. I am interested in purchasing a road runner but can’t decide between the pro and v3. I’m almost never gonna go above 35/40 mph and I do like how much lighter and compact the v3 is and I do find the v3 more comfortable but my concern is I live in kinda of a hilly area and I do like the acceleration on the pro. My commute to work and back is about the 5 miles so 10 miles a day. Help me decide 😅
@jahh8088 hi, so if you have a bit pf a hilly area, the V3 might be able to handle it but it will run up that hill a lot slower because of its dual 500 watt motors. But if you want something that can tackle those hill areas with no problem, the Roadrunner Pro would be the way to go. On the Roadrunner pro you can also custom adjust the acceleration and also the max speed per gear to make the ride even more comfortable and know rhat you want go above a specific speed unless you want it to.
@@THEAVERAGEGUY1983 thank you for replying ! I heard it’s possible to change the handle bars and stem height on the pro I so I might go with the pro thanks brotha 🤙🏽
Hi averageguy1983, quick question for you on the v3 can you put a range extension on it like the pro??? I really want to see how the v3 goes with pedal access and maybe with a second battery pack?? Please let me know what you think.
Hey buddy im thinkin of getting my 120 pound 5 foot 4 wife this emove roadunner v3 scooter. Id consider the pro but there seems to be too many issues and I dont like the giant light on front. Is it a good durable long lasting scooter or are there all sorts of issues with it Im going to have to work on? Im also considering getting her a yume hawk pro wide standup scooter, nami klima max or a teverun fighter supreme plus 60ah. Do you have any input
@BillB3737 hi, yeah i think she would definitely enjoy the Roadrunner V3 since its a very light mini bike and she will definitely be able to steer it with no issues. As for durability, i think its going to last a long time for her and as for any issues, so far there has been 1 person who reported that his lights dont shut off with the button at all, they turn on every time he powers on the V3 and turn off when he powers down the V3. VoroMotors is trying to help the guy out but they want him to bring it in since they sent him a part rhat didnt solve the problem so it might be the little power converter box or something wired backwards from the Emove factory. But the guy did say that he has a busy work schedule which makes it hard for him to come by as they have the same work hours as the store hours. But other then than no one else has reported issues.
@@sprz97 I think so I like the feel of a smaller handlebars anyway like a BMX or a pit bike... instead of the wide handlebars it has more like riding a Schwinn Cruiser which I didn't like it at all and now it feels solid.. it feels more like my Razor rsf 650 and my Razor mx650
@malcolmbrooks9956 hi, yes it does drop to 2 bars when i accelerate it. Unfortunately there isnt a legit fix for this since its technically voltage sag that all scooters have but in the Emove line it seems to be pretty heavy on the voltage sag. However i didnt see it affect the performance or the range in any way and when i would let the scooter idle for a bit like lets say a minute or 2, it would return back to normal. I do feel that maybe having samsung cells vs LG cells in its battery pack would help way better with the voltage sag situation. Since the V3 has 21700 LG cells. I noticed the scooters i own that have the Samsung 21700 cells vs the LG 21700 cells dont really experience aggressive voltage sag. I know those guys from Powerful Lithium in new york are working on making a range extender battery for the Roadrunner V3 using Samsung cells which will definitely reduce the voltage sag issue. But as of right now there is no fix for it. Even my Roadrunner pro with its range extender battery still gets voltage sag but its less aggressive with the new cells vs the stock battery by itself. I hope this helps. But please reach out again if you have any questions as i plan on buying my son this V3 for his birthday in July and plan on modifying some of the stuff like adding front turn signals, a dashcam etc. My wife just wants him to improve on His school grades before i buy one for him lol.
