Stuffed Chicken Hand Pies | Chicken Buns

These are delicious hand pies filled with chicken, you can fill them with any other filling (vegetable ,mushrooms)
too, it's a versatile snack any time of day!
Makes 10-12 pies.
DOUGH:
All purpose flour 1 1/2 cup 240 g
Warm water 1/2 cup
1 egg
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Instant dry yeast 1 1/2 tsp 5 g
To boil chicken:
unsalted water
chicken without bones 250 g
FILLING:
Minced boiled chicken
2 medium onion 120g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/3 tsp
Garam masala 1/3 tsp
Turmeric 1/3 tsp
Chicken broth 1/2 cup (7 tbsp)
*Add 1 egg white to the finished cooled filling (the filling will not be crumbly)
Extra flour for dusting.
1 yolk + 1 tbsp water, beaten to brush onto the top.
Seeds for toppings(there are countless variations on toppings: poppy seeds, sesame seeds, caraway, garlic powder, onion flakes, salt and pepper).
