I got back into the disco biscuits and lotus hardcore this year too. It's insane that all these bands I listened to in college are playing as good if not better than they ever have.
One of the most creative and fluid 3x Wide’s ever. Love the palm muted metal crunch riffs from Jake during the jam!

I wish they played this style in more songs because I need more uptempo stuff than a large portion of UM's catalog. When they bust something this speed out I fucking love it all day.

amazing?is it progressive,is it art rock,is it teckno,is it what use to be nerd rock(not pc),is it rave and i've seen them in person and the talent is there but it's over-run with repetitive loop crap-i mean their lights are amazing;somewhere in the 80's the flock of seagulls would like there music back and peter gabrial is crying in his insults to GREAT musicians-i have an 11 yr old who plays this well,so i guess i'm just to old and seen to many real musicians but i'll give them credit for being caught between phish and widespread;i guess i should have used more molly or something.props for relentless effort in touring and the fans prove theres something great about them.
like most jam. its their improvisational jam sections and face melting that make us come back for more and more. i could troll, but if you arent entitled to your own opinion, then neither am i:) much love brother. listen to Ja Junk Pt 2.
didn't mean to stomp and like all music to each their own-i've been seeing music for 25 yrs,followed the dead and phish(in the early 90's),from santana to bela fleck to younder mnt,the stringdusters the mccourys warren haynes,p+f as well as these and more-guess i'm just to old or something-enjoy.

Real Bands DONT make it a habit to do other peoples music. They are smart enough to do their own. Great light show (Pink Floyd/Phish/Rush) Copy cats !!! Average at Best !!! 6 players ??? 3 or 4 can do the same musically !!!

almost every band will cover someone else live. i saw a whole set of govt mule playing just the band's songs after levon died. u gonna say eric clapton isn't a real musician for covering i shot the sheriff? or how about led zeppelin's COVER of when the levee breaks? or johnny effin cash covered hurt by nine inch nails for christ sakes. check yo self foo' these guys are all amazing musicians. IMO some of their covers sound better live than the originals did on the album. AND when you finally see them live bring extra undies brian, you will sh*t your pants.\m/
