Curious about episodes of feeling the need to take an extra breath? This symptom lasts anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. I get where I feel like I need to take an extra breath, walking a short distance or sometimes to finish a sentence. It doesn’t interrupt my life, I feel fine, but it is concerning. Then I will go months just fine and out of the blue it starts again.
