- The 1960 Ford T-Bird custom "Boiling Point" from the 2017 Detroit Autorama....Built by my buddy Ed Denkenberger of Superior Autoworks....This car is custom literally from the front bumper to the rear...The thing to keep in mind is that all this work is in metal No plastic...Except for the arm rest in the interior.....Everything else is hand formed metal....This car didn't win a Great Eight...But I'm sure it will stack the awards up this show car season....One very cool 1960 Ford Thunderbird.....Check it out!!!!....Make sure you Subscribe to this Channel and Visit www.ScottieDTV.com For new content weekly!!!
Scottie I wanted to see this T-Bird again. Absolutely Drop Dead Gorgeous, never have I seen a 60 T-Bird like this one. The dark rich paint coupled with the wheels, Interior. Then Shave, Tuck, Mold and Stretch then reshape the Front Clip and the rear deck lid n taillights. Drop a Monster motor in and wow. Incredible Build. Thank you Scottie!!!

" Holy clones Batman! what did you do to the batmobile?!" you can tell a lot of blood, sweat, tears, and precision work went into this build. the front end looks like the batmobile. Another great find Scottie. awesome as hell!

This has got to be the most custom tbird I've ever seen. I can't even imagine how much all this would cost. I've been thinking on rebuilding a '59 tbird since you can find them for under $5k as a rust bucket, but this build almost scares me out of the idea. But man that engine sounds so damn good!

Hey Scottie glenn here man oh man what a piece this bird is!! The work that would have gone into moulding those bumpers as one piece just wow! And can i say the wheels they put on this are just stunning! They make the car!!! So clean! I really think you can use modern wheel designs as long as they are chromed! The stance is as perfect as a stance can be and she sounded pretty tuff at the end! Loved this one Scottie!!!!!!

Absolutely stunningly beautiful. No part untouched. Im not a ford fan but there are some Fords that deserve major respect. I like. :) Man I can't wait to shoot some local cars this year. Your a huge influence. Glad you got to have the builder go through the T-Bird with you. :)

Absolutely beautiful video. The build was absolutely stunning. I can't imagine a luxury car like a 1960 Thunderbird that doesn't have power windows though. I'm surprised the builder didn't opt for adding the electric windows? All that said, the builder did such an awesome job. And the car sounds like a beast. Especially loved the interior and paint combination. Fresh Fresh Fresh.

I'm glad they were able to rebuild this car instead of letting it for away or get crushed. Extremely nice car and great video. Unfortunately I can't read the specs on my phone so I'll have to use my laptop. Love the engine compartment and what's in it! Thanks Scottie!

I used to have one too. It was a 1960 Thunderbird convertible J-series. The trunk was electric opened from the back window to the tail lights. I purchased it from the original owner. He said what made it a J-Series is Ford took the under workings of a Lincoln and put the Thunderbird body on top. It was a smooth ride. I know if I still had it, I would have loved to make it look somewhat like this one. Thanks.

I'm not really a Ford guy, and if I was, this might not be my pick to build. Having said that, this is a way cool ride. I can appreciate all the work that has gone into this car, and it's awesome!

Phenomenal craftsmanship and attention to detail! I could, however, think of at least a hundred other cars I would have chosen to put this much time, effort, and money into than this T-Bird! But that's just me.
I love it because Birds are like Riv's. Almost a factory custom. Anyway i also love it because some of these were customized when nearly new.

Man I cant believe he shaved the bird off the trunk, that's one of the coolest features on this model, you open the lower part of the bird and there is the key to open the trunk but I guess they preferred the clean look, 10/10 build I will always love these 58/59/60 Thunderbird's :)

Love this car. This is a small block bored and stroked with BB cubes and that's why I questioned that 66 Impala being a 427 BB crate motor because they have boring and stroking SB Fords and Chevies into BB cube sizes now for a while. This bird is GORGEOUS!!
