What's next on the LIST...It's Star Wars The Acolyte Episode 7 reaction, "Choice", We've got two episodes left. Lets see what they have in store for us.
The Acolyte is set at the end of the Star Wars franchise's High Republic era, approximately 100 years before Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999). It sees a respected Jedi Master investigating a series of crimes that bring him into conflict with a former Padawan learner and reveal sinister forces.

She was turning into the smoke to go to Osha. We see the other mother do it to escape. Sol misunderstood because he's never seen that ability and killed her by instinct.

@@SithListAcolyte all-flashback episode 7 was very good.
I liked the references to the hyperspace catastrophe that wiped out life on some planets; of which in the last episode Jedi master Vernestra has pain/nausea from traveling through hyperspace due to her strong connection to the force.
The fact that Sol was an emotional Jedi like Dooku, Anakin and Quigon Jinn was seen in quite a big way.
The turn of the plot, who is responsible for the death of the entire Clan of these Witches who follow the path of Bogan = Darkness in magic, they were quite similar to the Witches of the Sisterhood of the Night from Dathomir, where Darth Maul also comes from.
The fights were great, the choreography was great and seeing two Jedi fight against a possessed Wookie Jedi was great.
But most of all, normally, just like Mother Cora, I felt this emotional pain in my heart. When Sol killed her partner, co-mother of two children and the love of her life, mother Aniseya, in front of her eyes.
The destruction reminded me of something similar to when the Jedi destroyed the entire planet of Korriban, where the original Sith race came from.
@@SithListWhole Acolite show is better then Kenobi and Book of Boba fett together. They made mistakes they turned these two project into show and not as movie.
Every one of the movies by himselfe are good even 8 Last Jedi but that was mistake by one stupin man.
But these film are still better then these ones down here.\/

Guys I've watched at least 5 channels reviewing this episode and they all have the same nonsense statement about Aniseya getting killed. she started it, / what was she doing funny s**** for, /What'd she expect to happen? It's like we're not watching the same thing. A group on strangers who practice a different version of our religion -doesn't matter that I know they're Jedi, want to take and convert my children have broken into my home twice before and are reaching for my child who's calling me for help. I reach to help her and get shanked. Sol gave a biased report after his 1st burglary, engineered a second, disobeyed his superior and high command on the way to the third and committed manslaughter if not murder in the course of the rampage. Make it make sense how Aniseya is responsible for her own death.
I completely agree with your perspective on Aniseya; I don’t believe she did anything wrong. At the same time, I can’t fault Sol for his reaction. He was clearly alarmed, fearing for the children’s safety, especially Osha’s. The situation with the covenant appeared chaotic and dangerous from a Jedi’s point of view. Sol had already witnessed Torbin being possessed by Aniseya, and then she suddenly transformed into smoke. In his place, I would have been equally on edge with my saber ready. I appreciate you dropping this in our comments though. Love talking Star Wars without people losing their minds and putting each other down . 🙏

The smoke was essence transfer
I feel like we still learnt a fair amount about this whole thing, that largely what went down was due to impatience and was accidental due to overstepping their own bounds and lack of understanding of this cult, as Indara said most cults have markings as it is, Mae being manipulatively encouraged out of anger and fear into stopping Osha from leaving by her own surrogate mother and when realising what she's potentially done she asks for help, Sol murdering Mother Aniseya because he was concerned for the twins not knowing she was gonna help them. Indara presumably trapping/cutting off the coven in Kelnacca's mind stopping them from going back to their bodies like some sort of hive mind connection they have, we now can infere why Torbin is the way he is, Isolated on the most boring planet possible with a vow of silence, Kelnacca hiding away on a planet in isolation from anyone else and if he uses his lightsaber he can be hunted down by large moths, Sol paying penace by being a teacher to a bunch of students after Osha left the order (Under the same pretense struggle that we see Sol go through most of this episode in ones emotional state), even the extent of what the twins are, that they aren't really so much twins but the same being split into two, not even a Dyad either.
It was an ok episode, i liked how it really showed the Jedi in not such a good light (as we predicted) it also kind of now makes me feel that Mae will still get her last action by taking down Sol for his "accidental" killing of Mother Anisya. Nothing more cool though than a pissed of possessed Wookie Jedi though 😂 appreciate the reaction guys thanks. In addition to your post comments on Mother Anisya. we saw the same kind of nightsister magic used when Mother Talzin used the green smoke in the clone wars when she moved from one place to another, i got the impression that Mother Anisya was transforming and was going to make a run to take Mae out of harms way (this is why Mae also transforms into smoke there for a moment) but Mother Aniysa was stabbed by Sols lightsaber as he had not encountered nightsister magic before and he took it as a possible attack on himself (thats what i gathered at least)
@@BrentAgeofGrogu Hey! Ya, there was definitely some cool shots in this episode but I just don’t think it was that different than what we already knew had happened. Smoke, death of the covenant, why couldn’t Sol save both kids? I’m hoping it all adds up in the finale. Fingers crossed 🤞

I think going smoke and taking Mae with her was Mother Aniseya doing their equivalent of apparating in the Potterverse. I don't think it was threatening at all it was a way of getting her daughter safely out of harm's way since Torbin and mother Korril were about to throw down. The Jedi f#cked up and caused all this by breaking into the coven's home so they didn't have any justification for feeling threatened when they committed a home invasion in the first place. And I guess technically they didn't lie as Mae DID start the fire and everyone WAS lost but they weren't linked like they implied...it was a cop out. The writing and direction was patchy but there were still really provocative themes in this episode.
Totally agree with you on the Mother’s reasoning why she did what she did but I also understand Sol wanting to protect the kids and also being on edge when she turned into smoke. Appreciate you watching with us and the support. 🙏

Finally channel which is not based on pure hate. I mean it. Other channels.. now more likely haters channels just hate everything. even thigns which were written long time before Disney took over or things which are good and align to SW universe.
Hi! We're definitely the opposite of hate. We love hanging out and watching things that we love, even if some of us aren't digging it as much as the other. We're so lucky to be living in a time where we have conent from some of the franchises we grew up with. Im sure we could get more views and subs if we hated everything but whats the fun in that. Thanks to Iraj, Les and Randy! 🌑 We saw a lot... but so many mysteries remain. Ms. Headland said she didn't like ending on cliffhangers, so she made sure the series would feel complete. The finale should tie up everything.

Why would u expect a good ending when most everything that’s come before it has been awful. Sol wants to be a dad, and young Jedi boy is homesick so they try to kidnap the twins. Then all hell breaks loose and one candle burns down a mountain. That’s ep 7, good luck with 8. 🤔

Speaking of the fortress, note that they said it’s a mining site… Sooooo… Could it be that the helmet was originally crafted there? 👀
Also note that Mother Koril is still not shown as being dead. The way she told Mae to tap into madness is very reminiscent of the Sith way, and the way she told Sol to attack is very similar to what Mae kept saying when fighting the Jedi.
I’m still having that weird feeling that she has something to do with that whole Qimir situation, but I can’t legit say if it is because there is really something or if it is because the writing sucks 😂

@@SithList they can, but not while you have passed out. Maybe not all of them have the power level for it. If we see someone survive from withces, only dead body we didnt see was Koril.. In the end I do not think this is importatn for finale if witches can turn to smoke or not, or if the rest of the covenant survived.
This ep. should have show us what really happend that night and that jedi had their part in it againts all rules and common sense. They have flaws and guilt now.

The Power of many (witches), was useless against the Power of one Jedi (Master jedi Indara), with the exception of a small knife that takes her out.
The Powerful Stripper Sith Qimir, can wipe out 8 jedi with a force push...but can't handle a few big flying wood ticks?
What is this Show about ?? Are the Sith Bad ?? Are the Jedi Bad ?? Are the Witches bad ?? Maybe the Little Bush Beaver guy is the Bad one ? is the Saber wielding Sasquatch KillKnockaa bad ?? Is Verosha "Osha" and Mae-ho bad ??
It seems all the Good characters, were killed off in the earlier episodes....

Sigh. They could have done all of this in episode 3. This wasn't a reveal because we knew all of this. I was hoping they'd surprise us but this wasn't good. That speeder bike greenscreen scene was horrible, the Wookie/Sol fight had awful choreography and I'm still not sure WTF Matrix lady did to the witches, but it was OP as hell 🤷♂️ interesting reaction tonight.
