Several of these stocks pay very little dividend (below 0.5%) and shouldn’t be really considered “dividend stocks”. It needs to be higher. Can you please define?
Please define? A company that pays a dividend is a dividend stock. Full stop. Just because you want *more* dividends doesn't mean these aren't dividend payers. Your arbitrary threshold isn't the defining factor, thoigh you are more than welcome to ignore lower yielding companies for whatever reason you want.
If your long term goal is living off dividends the most important thing now is FCF growth. Companies like GOOG will likely have the ability to pay out far more in dividends 10 or 20 years from now than traditional higher yield stocks.
Since KLA, ASML & LRCX is in the SMH ETF , would it be better to buy into the ETF ? It seems that the whole semiconductor industry is "underperforming" at the moment due to NVIDIA not rising much after hitting 140 in October.
Absolutely wonderful stock suggestions. My present fear is not individual stock risk, but market risk. I fear any stock I now purchase may be lower in price sometime over the next 18 months. It is market risk I fear.

Dividend growth very high, that's what makes them interesting. Never look at yield only, growth is more important.
