The faucet are guaranteed for a lifetime. I find that you don't need to replace, just clean the O ring and groove with toohbrush and water. I am writing this because I just did again on my son room and fix it with just cleaning the Oring and groove.
Hello. Elbow grease!! You have to pull it out hard. Of course first make sure you remove any holding nuts it might have. What works is a flat screw driver and pry open first. Le t me know how it goes.
Looks like your cold is slowe coming out than the hot side, i just replaced both sides and am having issue with lower pressure than with original cartridge 🤷🏼♂️ anyone else put there having this problem?
Did you flush it before putting the new cartridge. Some other brands looks like this one and also have a seat and a spring inside. Make sure this is not the case. It might be the water supply line or the valve itself. do you have galvanized or copper pipes. You have some troubleshooting to do I have another video on lower pressure you might want to check it out . thanks. Good luck! Let me know how it goes.
Please don't replace or buy, it need only cleaning the O ring and stem groove with water and toothbrush. I have 16 of this and never replace a cartridge, just clean with water when leaking, put back, test, never fail.
Thank you Alex, way to go on the 2000 subscribers 👏👏

What screw size do you use to screw in the handle? I lost one in the removal process and can't find another that works.
I don't know the size. Remove the one you have on the other handle and go to ACE hardware. They ll help you to find the right one.
I cant get my handle in the correct position. Any ideas?
I replaced both cartridges and still dripping ,Any advise to fix it?
